    In January 2023 I went to Perfect Solutions to let them know the window on my truck that they replaced was leaking & if they can fix the leak and the owner said no. He argued its the material that comes on the window and after a year the molding can melt in the extreme heat here in *******. I wasnt asking for a new replacement only to fix the window leak after all they did the ********* didnt leak before. It caused water to set in the headliner/ overhead lights on my 2018 ***** Silverado. I had to have the window replaced again since I couldnt get it fixed & there was sticky stuff all over. On January 27th I had the new company change my window because they said they couldnt fix it due to their policy so I had to replace it but has a lifetime guarantee of any leaks. ****** was Rude & basically yelled at me it wasnt his fault for the material on the window. Also his vans state hes with the BBB in blue letters. So hes lying about that also.
