    On 08/07/23, I paid $525.00 for the windshield replacement on my ****** Tacoma by Avondale Auto Glass. Their website stated, Our Experts have over *************************************************************************************** a professional and timely manner. We offer lifetime warranty in workmanship and we are licensed and insured. With that in mind, I did not doubt that my truck was going to be in good hands. I have not had my windshield replaced since then. With the recent rains on 02/01/24, my truck started to experience problems, which prompted me to schedule an appointment with ******. On 02/02/24, I had my truck towed to *********** located in *****, **********. According to ******, the malfunction resulted from the aftermarket windshield being poorly sealed, causing water intrusion to the lower left corner of the windshield, and voiding my warranty due to the windshield being responsible for the damages. To replace the damaged parts the cost would be $2,268.39 and the new windshield installation would cost $1,317.06. ****** estimated the total cost to be $3,635.50.02/06/24, I contacted Avondale Auto Glass via phone call and spoke with ****. I explained to him what was going on and forwarded everything he requested from ****** to his work email. Since then, I have called Avondale Auto Glass multiple times and spoke with **** trying to get this problem resolved to no avail. On 02/10/24, I received an email from Avondale Auto Glass declining responsibility. Their website claims "lifetime warranty in workmanship", however, when I presented them with an issue in their work, I was accused of dishonesty, insinuating the windshield was likely not the one they installed. I've been reaching out to them for their help, however they have made no effort towards a resolution. Avondale Auto Glass is liable for the damages and I and expect they will own up to their responsibility regarding my truck.
