Window World of Phoenix went above and beyond on their project with us. We installed 10 windows and a door, which was a huge project, especially in a ****s house. They got the windows to us quick and installed EVERYTHING in one day, so awesome! **** has been friendly and personable with a no pressure attitude. Which after dealing with other sales people was refreshing. He has even followed up multiple times to ensure we have been happy. Very cool! **** and his team were friendly, fast and did a professional job (clean, quick and looks amazing). The windows themselves have been working great! Its over 110 outside but the windows are cool to the touch and my house is so much quieter. We are really happy and would definitely recommend Window World of Phoenix to friend and neighbors. I emailed in October 2022 to complain about a problem and am still awaiting a response. Is this the way they treat all customers? ***************, Oct 25, 2022, 8:57?AM to ******* of WINDOW WORLD Good morning ******* of Window World,As you may know, we had a problem with the salesman you sent out on Oct 3. I believe his name was *******. I called and verbally complained to a manager or owner about *******. I was given the impression that it was no big concern to him. There was no offer of any way to resolve this issue. We were not looking for any money or discounts, just looking for good customer service. This lack of care leads me to believe my wife, and I would not be valued if we became customers. Is this true?The issue with ******* was the lack of respect for my wife. He would not acknowledge her presence while giving his presentation. He answered my wife's questions with *******. My wife tried several times to *****************************, but he kept verbally talking down to her with short answers, if he answered her at all. Finally, she got upset and frustrated and left the room. I am not certain how to respond to Mr. ******** complaint. Our General Manager spoke with ****************** and apologized if ******* acted inappropriately and I let him know that all customers are important to us and if ******* acted in that manner it was unacceptable. I let him know that I would meet with ******* and go over his concerns. I then offered to resolve the issue by sending a different design consultant but ****************** declined. I thanked him for his feedback and have not heard back from him until now. We appreciate client and potential client feedback and I do not know where the disconnect happened. ********* initial meeting with the Mr. and ****************** was on 10-3-22.Review from Christine H

While time frame was extended longer than the 16 weeks without a follow up on their part, when I contacted them I was given prompt attention. Windows have been installed now for almost a month. While a screen was missing at time of install, this was received and installed yesterday. All windows are functioning properly and are super nice. I'm not completely thrilled with the white nylon, I think they look infinitely better than the original **** windows, and provide better efficiency as well. Installers were efficient, nice and respectful of being in our home, and took their time to make sure we understood how to use the windows and patio door locks. Looking at the reviews of less than 5 stars below makes me think that these guys deserve better, because they appear to have taken care of most, if not all, of the dissatisfied customers issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked, and if the opportunity arises, will use them again.Review from Isabelle F.

I had 6 windows replaced last year in early March with Window World. 2 persons installed my windows, a father and his son. They were very professional, they cleaned up very well afterwards and I love my new windows. This year, it was time to replace my sliding door on the patio. I placed my order at the beginning of April and was told that it would take 10 to 12 weeks before they could install the door. I had no problems with that since I know that supply chain currently is very disrupted and it takes longer than usual to receive the goods from overseas. I received a call a couple of weeks ago telling me that they had my patio door and we needed to schedule the installation.A crew of 4 came in on a Friday afternoon and did the install within a couple of hours. It looks great and the crew cleaned up pretty well after leaving. Although I found a big soda cup left on my patio table, an empty box and black tube insulation on my driveway after they left. No big deal. However, 2 days later on a Sunday, I discovered a big yellow stain on the wall of the side of my house. This is the pathway from the front gate to the patio in the back. The yellow stain was dried out caulk! It looked like a pail or bucket of the yellow foaming caulk was dropped on my rocks and splashed all over the wall, the window, screen and window frame! There was absolutely no way that you could miss it! I do not understand how a crew of 4 people, walked by and didn't even bother cleaning it! I took pictures and sent an email to Window World that Sunday night explaining my discontent. The following morning, I did get a call checking how the installation went. I explained what happened. She apologized and she sent 2 of the crew back to my house to clean up. They showed up while I was at work, but my adult son was there. They rang the **** when my son answered the door, one guy was talking to him and the 2nd one just spat in my front yard, in the rocks! They were not happy to be there, having to clean up their mess! They were rude and disrecpectful! They did clean up my window, the screen and my wall, well, they pretty much scraped the ****** of the wall! Now I have to repaint that section. Although I love my windows and the patio door, the second crew was very unprofessional. They represent your company! I sent another email that Monday night to Window World expecting an apology the next day. No-one has called me. It's been a week, and at this point, I'm not expecting a phone call. Franckly, the crew should have apologized to us instead of being angry and disrecpectful!If the crew that just installed my patio door would have installed my windows last year, I can tell you that I would have gotten my patio door through another company. Your employees represent your company and no-one from your office contacted me afterwards. Would I recommend Window World now? hmmm, probably not. Last year, I would have given 5 stars, this year 3 because I love the product.Window World Response

I have been in contact with the homeowner and discussed the situation. We are scheduled to return and do all of the touch up paint. I apologized for any inconvenience and I have discussed the importance of customer satisfaction with all who were involved.Customer Response

Keith at Window World did indeed call and apologized and right away scheduled someone to come and paint the wall on 7/27.Today 7/27, Ron just finished painting my wall and he even noticed other spots on the wall that I hadn't noticed. Ron was fantastic! Very professional, quick and really nice. What a difference from the previous crew.Thank you Keith for taking care of those issues. And I still love my windows and patio door! Ordered/placed order 1/8/21 given 10-14 week turn around. Written on contract. Still yet to have heard anything. I called three times, spoke with manager names Keith. Unprofessional, rude, did not care and said they would call me middle of April. It is not end of April. Still have not heard anything or status update on windows. Now going on 16-18 weeks with no updates. Horrible service. If I could cancel order I would.Window World Response

We were experiencing supply delays. This was taken care of on Saturday 5-1-21 to our customers satisfaction.
