    We built a new home and spent about $220K on WIndows - all from Western Window Systems. Some of the Windows have missing parts, some have broken handles, one of them leaks and some will not operate properly. We just moved into the new house this April. Firstly their service department is terrible. Calls always go to the voice mail and then they don't respond. When I was able to finally get a ticket, after multiple back and forth's, they finally sent someone. This person came in and noted all the issues and then there is no followup. I have contacted the company again and I again went to voice mail with no response from the company.

    To Whom It May ******** I have reached out and discuss the review with ****************. Additionally, through this dialog much was learned from both sides, and we have a confirmed service date with him for June 13th and 14th. I apologize for the delay and reinsured we will make it right.

    We have two of their door systems and used their recommended installers. One of their door handles doesnt function and possess a security threat to **. The installer is demanding $150 per hour to come out and assess it for warranty repairs. Western windows wont cover the cost of the repair of their item under warranty defects.

    Can you please provide the order information for your project (Western Supplying Dealer, Order Number, Shipment Date and Location) and I'll be happy to look into the history and try to assist.

    Handles and locking systems require proper installation and adjustment in order to function in an installed system. Adjustments for field installation cannot be completed until the product is installed in its permanent orientation, and therefore Western Window Systems cannot perform these final adjustments in the factory setting prior to shipment.

    If there is a material issue with your hardware set, please provide the project information requested above, along with a description and preferably photos or video of the issue.
