    All Pro Shades is exactly what their name implies. Very professional. From ***** who came out and explained exactly what I needed (and didn't need) to **** and ****** who came out and installed the shades, this is a first rate, classy company. The shades are high quality and we can really tell the difference on the West Side of our house. Such a relief to not have the sun brutally beating into the house. I highly recommend this company.

    We absolutely love our drop down shade! When it started making strange noises, I called All Pro Shade Concepts. They sent a crew (****** ****** to my house in a matter of days. They immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. These 2 men were extremely polite and knowledgeable. I was also impressed that they notified me via text when they were on their way to my house. In addition, they thoroughly cleaned my patio when they were finished. I highly recommend this company.

    **** did a great job up front explaining the differences between the shade options and colors and communication was great. **** let me know when he was coming on the day of install, what they were going to do, how long it would take and left no mess to clean up. Our window shades look great and we can feel the heat difference inside the house already. A lot of cheaper than new windows!

    Contracted with All Pro Shade for a large patio shade based on a positive recommendation from a neighbor who had similar work done. ****** responded within 24 hours to schedule time to quote the job. ****** and **** did the installation at the agreed upon time. Very happy with the shade and the sales and installation process. I highly recommend their work.

    I contacted All Pro Shades when I purchased my home. They came out quickly and provided a very comparable quote. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. With the move it took me almost four months to get back to them and place the order. They did not miss a beat. They immediately placed the order and within three weeks I had a beautiful product installed. The installer was also friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

    **** installed sunscreens on our windows that are on a very steep roof. Where others may not attempt, he did, and was also careful of the roof tiles. He was very professional and we are very happy with the end result.
