    This company and the product/services/pricing is top shelf. The process was so easy; they got all the permits needed for the **************** as well as our HOA (of which they knew the ins and outs of the criteria needed for our approval).Brok Butts is an exceptional sales agent - not arrogant like another company we talked to, very informative around the product and installation process and was knowledgeable enough to answer all our questions.Our installers - ***** and **** A - we top shelf as well. It was raining on the say of our install and yet it only took an hour and a half to do the whole installation including the wiring. Courteous, very well versed on their process of installation and super professional. Even cleaned up after themselves inspite of the rain.We can't recommend this company enough. You have to give them a chance to see your project. They even gave us a military discount!!

    Spoke to ****** & explained our problem with another companys ***************************** a video. He diagnosed the ************** a crew out the same ************************* Guy (*****) they fixed the problem quickly & were knowledgeable, polite & professional.Would definitely recommend.

    We just got our screens installed. **** did a great job.From our quote to install was only about 2 weeks. We highly recommend them.Not only do they look great and keep our home cooler and add extra privacy, but they are very reasonably priced.Thank you!

    All Pro Shade Concepts sent out two terrific installers to my home today. **** and ****** were actually early which is great. They were friendly and professional. They explained what they were going to do. They worked quickly and the final product was outstanding. We are going to love our retractable shade year round and the cost was very good as well.

    Great company staff crew and products. We saw their ad on TV. Called and made an appointment which was kept on time. A second appointment was made to take measurements after we had selected our shade type, style, color, etc which was promptly kept. A time to do the job was set , which was met earlier than expected. Crew installed our shade, to our specs in good workmanlike manner and answered our questions.Our project came in a bit under their quote! Highly reco this company if you want patio shades new or replaced. L&L G, Sun City.

    *****, ****** and **** installed a motorized shade for our patio. Professional installation and took the time to explain key points of how to use it and how to avoid it becoming stuck. Also went over the warranty. Very satisfied and it looks great.
