    ****** has been to our home twice now, he is prompt, polite and proficient. We like the product and were surprised when we noticed some added noise suppression the screens added. Not a lot but enough to be noticeable. Using them on our new home.

    Process very pleasant. ***** came to our home and was very knowledgable. He spent approx 45 minutes telling us about the product and company. Measured, helped us pick the right color, and choose placement. As he described we heard from **** in about 4 weeks to set up delivery and installation. ****/****** called ** the day of install and arrived right on time. They set up and installed within a couple of hours. They were great!!! Demonstrated how to work blind and care for it. I would recommend this company as it was a pleasure from start to finish. Thanks everyone.

    The product is outstanding, the installation was done by ****** and ******, and was both fast and efficient. Three shades installed, tested and explained in under 4 hours! I would recommend All Pro to anyone that wants a good quality shade product for a competitive price.

    My sales **** *********** was a pleasure to work with. He made several trips to discuss options for my south/southwest facing patio including tips on working with my HOA. The installation went smoothly. The crew was timely, friendly, tidy, and knowledgeable. The price to install shades on all three sides of my patio was very competitive. I'm very happy with my purchase and have recommended All Pro to my neighbors.

    My overall experience working with All Pro Shade Concepts is EXCELLENT 5 Stars! We had two very wide outdoor shades installed today by **** and ****** who both did an outstanding job making sure the shades were level and that no damage occurred to the shades or my house.***** was my main contact and he addressed all my questions in a timely manner and he was very reassuring that the installation would go well and it did. The shades arrived when I was told to expect them and the entire process went very smoothly.Everyone I interacted with at All Pro Shade Concepts was very professional, personable and their communication and service has been top-notch!

    The process was very easy, **** came out for a consult and I told him exactly what I wanted. The cost was about the same with 2 other quotes I got. I went with them because of the great customer service that **** provided, he got back with me quickly, and always answered my emails and phone calls. Within a few months it was installed by ****** and *****, these guys had a challenge to try to figure out a power source, but they managed and got the job done!
