They came and inspected windows to correct from a bad install Day of install the crew was confused on what was to be done. Called *******. All they ended up doing was replace 1 1/2 inch screws with longer screws to secure window- did not test the caulking as mounting with screws would change the pressure on caulking. When I called ******* to question, he began yelling at me-threatened to pull the crew when they had already pulled one window apart. Screamed at me it's not his fault I got a s***** install. I hired them to correct the issue and not belittle me. They never did address remounting the slider door which we addressed in emails and per phone conversations. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bullying, aggressive, bait and switch, disrespectful and as woman it felt unsafe.

Mrs. ************** you are certainly entitled to your opinion and can state your thoughts but there are several facts that have not only been overlooked but several that are completely not true.Once our team arrived, you asked them to pull and reset a sliding glass door that was not only not included in their work order but had previously been agreed upon to be inspected by a member of our team after you had selected a contractor that would deal with the adjustments to the flooring and drywall as a result of the poor original installation. This was suggested as an opportunity to get you the best possible result. Having a member of our team meet with your selected contractor to determine the best course of action for the incorrectly installed sliding glass door and eliminate any future issues.Furthermore, the team members stated that you were continually asking them to perform work that was not in their work order at all. Our team members kept communicating to you that they could only perform work that was on their work order and any other work items would need to be cleared by the office prior, especially since we were trying to correct issues that were created by another contractor. As far as stating that we would pull our guys off the job, it was in reference to you stating that you wanted the additional work items done as well while our team was onsite and you felt like they should just do it. When you were told by both our onsite team members and Redline management over the phone that this could not happen on that day and the tasks you requested needed to be documented and scheduled appropriately, you then became irate and started ************* were then offered a refund of any money spent on that work order so far and we would ask our team to leave your home immediately so that you could find a contractor that would do all of the things you were wanting without having to wait for documentation You then stated that you knew this was not Redlines fault and that you were just tired of dealing with this for the past several years, even though Redline was only made aware of your problems in October of 2025 and had done nothing but try to resolve a situation that was created by another contractor several years prior. The fact you claim that you felt unsafe is not an accurate depiction of anything that happened. Every member of our team acted with the utmost professionalism during each interaction. To state anything different is simply false and that is unfortunate. It is our understanding that the manufacturer recommended our company to you to help resolve this issue because we have a track record of treating customers fairly and honestly. There was not a single time when our team onsite was not professional and did not communicate what tasks they were there to perform There were not any voices raised at all, either over the phone or in person. It is unfortunate that your version of this transaction is framed incorrectly and in such a negative manner when our team was simply trying to help a homeowner that had been taken advantage of by another contractor. We wish you well in the future and hope you can get the other items that were created by the poor craftsmanship exhibited by the original contractor corrected appropriately.
