              I was told on the 10th of this month that the parts for my mom's wheelchair would be here on the 15th of July. I was asked to make payment for the service repair on the 10th of July. I made the payment. On the 15th I was called by **** and was informed that he would be at my home between 10am-12pm. When I called him back he stated the parts never came in. I wasn't notified by the company I had to call and ask about the parts and was told they would call me when the parts come in. It's been a week later no phone call and when I called ****** acted as if it wasn't a big deal. I'm trying to get my money back that I paid for the service call which I never received.

              My numovtion schooter stop working, I called for a repair technician to come out and repair my schooter. The tech said that it need part, he said that it would be six weeks. I called them four weeks later, I was informed that I had a co-pays of sixty dollars, I payed with my credit card. Then I called back in two weeks and had to make an appointment and was four weeks out for them to come out to install the part. On July 13,2022, technician ********************* came out and installed a brokered piece of equipment and my scooter still don't work.the part (broken part) was a console/throttle pot # ELE ****** and charged $ ******, and part # ELEASMBSMB **** for $231.40.labor for $ ****** and charged UHC OptumCare- MCR *********** Today 10/3/2022 the schooter ***** broken and can not be use. I am a disable veteran, now home bound.
