    *************** just completed a very needed redesign and technology update of my website. **** and ***** listened to my goals, provided options for achieving them, and then made the creative changes needed to meet my goals. Most remarkable however, the turnaround was very impressive. I gave them my goals for the site and they sent me options for the redesign. The concept phase took only a couple of days and after that all the changes were made in one day, unless I sent them in on a Friday, in which case I received the changes back by Monday morning.Every aspect of the contract was fulfilled professionally. There was never a I cant do it. And their replies were efficient. I put my requests in a numbered list and their replies were in bold at the end of each numbered item. A very helpful way of doing business. They did not try to confuse me with words or ignore my concerns. Finally, the design part was the easy part. The backend technology is the real unknown. **** and ***** had patience with me; I am mean patience. My knowledge of web design and technology is very low. Again, I told them how I wanted my data arranged and they made it happen. Again efficient communications by stating the request with a done, and how to find check for the changes, which is all I needed to know.I highly recommend WebCreations US.

    WebCreationUS has been amazing for our business! Not only did they build us a beautiful website and provide ongoing SEO to keep us on the 1st page of ****** for valuable keywords in our industry, they also provided a lot of guidance on how to manipulate ******s algorithms to be found in the Maps section. This company really goes above and beyond to provide a cost effective solution to drive in new customers and they provide amazing ongoing support.     Web Creation US did a great job completing a redesign for my speech language therapy private practice. The web development team is responsive to my questions via email and the phone. Many team members have done an outstanding job including *****, ****, and the original web developers. The company also designed a new logo that I will use for future marketing events.Although the initial web design project took several weeks to complete, I am satisfied with the overall project.     I have nothing but positive things to say regarding WebCreation! They have created two websites for me that have a lot of traffic and are very easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. I have made serval edits even after having my websites published and **** has been very easy to work with. **** has made several edits with me, collaborated with me, and has been very efficient with a quick turnaround time.     I hired this company over a year ago to create my business website. One year later I still do not have a live working website. Worse business decision I made for my company. There lack of professionalism makes my company look incompetent. Due to my situation, I have not had a new customer in over 1 year.
