AV has been great for me and my cat tiger who is 16 yrs old for many years until jan 26 2023.i was on a program called "free care discount program "for many many years and iv been with them many many years and on jan 26 2023 i got an email from AV office saying they terminated our relationship and took me off of their program! no communication no advance warning that they will remove me from the program and terminated out relationship. with that being said they did not give me a heads up ahead so i can try have us work out with them and have time to look for new vet etc.. nothing this is very unprofesstional !!! they just throw a bomb on me and my cat is 16yrs old and have heart problems. i tried call them i even email them i even text them i even show up with letter and never heard back from them. i want us to communicate and reconsidering to keep me on the program until my cat passed is all im asking. i am in a low income and this is the best for me.. i even offer my volunteer and ******************************** told me that its ok that volunteer was not need, as long as i offer for that exchange and now with all that is very distraught for me and tiger i left them somany messages on answering maching and on text they never call me back i ask for ************************************) and manger to call me back and still never heard back to tthis day normally they have person answer phone and now its always answering machine, this tells me they are avoiding my calls my text and possible not pass my letter for ***************** and manager. i need your help that they communicate with me and rescondering me back on the program until my cat passed. i also even offer volunteer as well.i have been once a while give donations to AV such as towels blanket pillows cloths and the like. this is my best effort to get us communication.thank you i have their email but not sure how to give that to you
