    Approximately 3 months ago, I put a five dollar bill into a vending machine at my place of employment for an item that cost $2.00. The machine only returned $1.50 of my change. I called and left a voicemail and never received a call back. Approximately a month ago, I placed $2.00 in a machine for a can of soda and it never dispensed my can. I called **** and actually spoke to her this time and she stated she would send a check. A month later, still no check. Today, 12/19/2024, I placed $3.00 in a machine for a bottle of soda and soda came out with an expiration date of July 08, 2024. The bottle is over 6 months past expiration.

    12/29/23 lost $20 in a vending machine at ***************** ******* Unit Blue Side. Registered my dollar coins as quarters. I wrote a note, gave to CO ******* who gave to the vending crew. No response. I ha e emailed ******* every week with no reaponse. I drive a truck for a living and cannot have my phone on, so email / text is easiest. I called today 1/19/24, expecting a voice-mail and woke her up. She asked me to call back at 8, but I'm unable, so I sent another vm. All I want is my money back. Here is the initial email I sent her 12/29/23:*********************** Hello *******,Last week I lost $20 in the frozen food machine. I used dollars and it registered them as quarters. Over the last month I've lost a dollar ************* but this is to much to not ask for refund. The machines are always broken (not accepting money) or keeps money. I can here it drop but never comes all the way out.I would like to request the machines be serviced so we are not losing so much money and a refund of at least my $20 from Sunday's visit. I wrote a note, and CO Findlay has it.
