Placed order for 10 disposible menthol vapes. Previous orders came through **** not requiring a signature. This delvery came through a shipper I never heard from that never attempted delivery and returned to sender. I was home for all attempts and no one came to my door or contacted me. When returned to sender I asked for a refund on December 15th. I was told they couldn't process the refund until they recieved the package. I was told on January 27th they still don't have the package and will not refund my purchase. This is a shipper they use and they are responsible for who they choose to ship their products not me. If I have to I will seek further prosecution of this issue considering the first delivery to me that required no signature was done illegally.Initial Complaint

I returned the product I bought to the business it says it was deliver in the 20th to an individual. They claim they never received and the post office will not give me my money back because tracking says it was delivered to an individual! So I ordered 4 vapes from mipod.com on oct 26th did not get a very good tracking number the first time so I emailed and got a new tracking number and waited for awhile and then I emailed them again saying I could get my package from Amazon or ***** quicker then I could from them! Also I tried asking for a refund today from them and was told by their company that it was not their problem and that because I did not buy the insurance that I will not receive a refund! This is the email I received from one of their customer support staff **************** **************************, 2023, 11:19 MST We do not take any liabilities or responsibilities once a package leaves our facility on carrier issues or lost/stolen packages, that is why we offer route package protection. Ordered July 22nd $108.30 The tracking on the site says the item was never created but after contacting company August 1st, I was giving another tracking number/site. I also recieved 2 emails saying that "some of my items had shipped" and the 2nd saying the last item has been shipped but has the same tracking number as the first shipment.I contacted GLS as they claim to have shipped through them and was told my package was on the way for delivery 8/7 instead of 8/2 as their site shows. 8/7 I contacted GLS again and was told that the package should have arrived 8/2 and is marked as missing in their system. I immediately forwarded this email to mipod support and was told they would not take any responsibility because I did not pay for extra insurance. After seeing many other people have this same issue, I believe I was scammed .I emailed back and said I would like a full refund or the products I paid for.Initial Complaint

They send a sketchy third party carrier service with no information or confirmation that item was ever dropped off at said location. On February 23, 2023, I purchased disposable vapes and vape juice from this company. Order number: B2C-168719. The email confirmation states that orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. After not having heard anything about the status of my order, I reached out to customer service via their chat option to get a status update. The person requested an order number, which I provided. When they did not respond, I said hello? After no response, I logged out of the chat and received an email stating they switched shipping companies which caused a huge delay. No notice was given to me. I received an email from customer service letting me know about the shipping delay. I replied asking about a refund, but since they said my order shipped on March 8, I told them as long as it ships to me by the weekend, I would wait. I constantly checked the status of the order, only to see that it was waiting shipment from Las Vegas. I reached out to same customer individual, stating her email was deceiving because the order did not ship to me, it shipped to another facility. It is now March 15. Tomorrow makes for 3 weeks. I asked for a refund since the order was not shipped to me on March 8, but I was told by customer service that they would have to wait for the shipment to get back to them before they could process a refund, which I am assuming is another 3 week delay. I indicated in my last email that I wanted to speak to a manager about the refund and have not received any additional correspondence from the business. They charged my card, took my money, and did not give me the products I paid for. Now they want me to continue to wait for something that apparently isn't being shipped timely.Initial Complaint

I bought 5 nicotine vape pens from Mini pod off the Internet they sent me all 5 of them 4 out of 5 worked I wrote to them explaining to him the one did not work they told me they needed documents ID batch number serial number of the product picture of the product and I sent them all of that and they never did anything about it the thing I got back from them was oh please send us all the information that we need and I told them this is ridiculous I sent that to you already what is going on And all they keep doing is telling me sorry for the inconvenience will fix it and it's gotten to the point where they don't even write me back because I've gotten so upset with them this is not professional this is not How you do business with people it doesn't matter if it costs to 20 bucks or a $100 you don't steal someone's money and don't give them a product that works or is faulty it's not good Business.Initial Complaint

sold me defective product will not take return but said they would send me a new on ONLY IF I SEND THEM COPY OF PHOTO ID This is secure and I should be able to get my replacement. They never asked for any ID when I paid with my credit card. i want to resolve this so that i receive the replacement I am due. Without provide my personal info. They offered a $9 credit but would still make me pay $20 in shipping. This transaction is very uncomfortable to me. They argued with me back and forth that no deal without my ID.
