My Husband and I went to primo network because we thought we could get a free vacation for going thru seminar. We already have a time share with interval world and they said that they would buy our timeshare and we could have great savings with them. Sounded really good so we did it. Unfortunately they never took over our timeshare like the deal was promised and we are out around 5k. They want so much money every month and it's impossible to get tothe right person to ask about this. I havent been able to address this because of major life situations in the past few years but I feel they are such a scam and need to reimburse us. Please help us. We purchased the big package because we were told that it included RV parks as low prices with membership. Since we planned on traveling in our RV for more months, we thought it would be great. We attempted to utilize the rv program within a month and were told it was not available and never would be. I contacted sales and was told to try selling through their agent, if it didnt sell within 18 months and we didnt use the service we could get a refund. 18 months passed and the number I had never gets answered. The other number is just to pay annual fees. They refuse to give me a valid number to speak with anyone regarding my request. Misleading, lied to and false information given in presentation. The program offers rentals of RV's, but not RV park rentals. This is clearly disclosed in writing in the contract and consumer was required to initial said disclosure at the point of sale.Customer Answer

During the presentation, the person stated ***** per night in most RV parks. My husband and I asked how many nights could be used for renting a space. He stated as many as we wanted and that he had his own RV and used this benefit himself many times. We made it clear that was the only benefit we felt we could use as we had plans to see the country with our own RV. Since we found out about this not being a benefit, I spoke with someone who stated after 18 months we could get a refund if the person they put us in contact with couldnt sell it and we didnt use the service. I would then say that your sales force commits fraud by not explaining what you are initialing properly or they explain what you are initializing to mean differently than what you are stating. We read through the contract and each item we questioned they gave a different meaning to. I guess we were duped by unethical behavior by both sales and customer service which means your business practices are totally unethical, immoral and fraudulent from everyone we have spoken to.Initial Complaint

We became members of Primo Network Adventures on 8/25/2021 (Member ID: ******** on the premise they would sell our timeshares within 1 to 2 years, and we would save money on vacation resort rentals as well as car rentals and other member benefits. Two years has passed and they have yet to get a buyer for our timeshares. I was also told, at their presentations, I would not pay any membership fees until I used the PRIMO service. I have not made any reservations with their service to date, due to them not being competitively priced as they promised, yet I have had to pay dues of $249.00 this past year of being a member. I have not used their services since purchasing our membership on 8/25/2021 for $6995.00. In researching car rentals and vacations resort prices with PRIMO, I have discovered their prices are NOT competitive with other online offers, and exceed the costs of others. Two years ago we were guaranteed by the owner of PRIMO, we would always get better discounted vacations and save thousands of dollars from what we were paying for our timeshare dues, as well as savings on many other vacation needs, like rental cars. I requested them to cancel my membership and refund our membership of $6995.00 and the annual dues paid to date with no response. Please help me get a refund from this company as many others have had similar experiences with PRIMO Network Adventures.Initial Complaint

We purchased this membership because the GENERAL MGR ******************* GUARENTEED in front of all at meeting that they would sell our [2] Timeshares. I then had to pay for that service $299 for each of them. I have never been able t get anyone to look at this. MANY MANY emails and letters. We only bought because of the guarantee. Don't trust what a sales man says. Also told if we didn't use the membership, we would not pay the annual dues, however they keep calling, sending an invoice for the $149 dues. This company may have a legit program/product but their sales process is full of fraud and lies. I don't expect anything from this however, it would be nice to be refunded since NO sales on timeshares and no communication on them. I am the victim of fraud in regards to Primo Network Adventures. Primo charged us $6495.00 at a sales presentation in *****, ***** guaranteeing that they would get ** out of our timeshare (6 months to a year) for joining their travel club. This promise is the ONLY reason we purchased Primo Network Adventures ************ Primo Network Adventures has not fulfilled their promise of selling our Timeshare. As The BBB can see, there are many other complaints demonstrating that Primo Network Adventures has perpetrated this fraud upon numerous others and I am asking that you assist me in righting this wrong. I have been advised, as Primo has apparently done this in multiple states, that this may constitute racketeering. I am demanding an immediate refund of all monies Primo has fraudulently charged us for. Primo has stalled or completely ignored our communication efforts. With the numerous complaints filed against them, it is obvious that this is a criminal act. I am including ************* in this communication as they are the "parent" company or fulfillment partner for Primo Network Adventures in this matter.*********,****** and *********************************
