      My boyfriend had an appointment with with this company on July 3rd 2024 And we were required to pay the full amount, even though the service was covered 100% by the insurance. We paid the full amount of $846.65 because we could not afford to reschedule the appointment. The insurance has processed the claim and paid them $796.65 leaving us with a $50 co-pay. We have reached out multiple times since the claim was processed requesting a refund and were told 24 to 48 hours and still have not received a refund. We are now beginning to be charged interest on the credit card we had to use.

      In February 2024, a week before the procedure they called me for payment of about $1,600 which is the amount of my deductible. I paid it with an HSA card. A week later I go to have the procedure. Before I had the procedure at the **********************************************, they requested a payment of $1,400. I told them my deductible should have already been met. They told me they didn't see the claim for it yet, that it may still be in process, and that I had to pay the $1,400 before they could do the procedure. At the time it made sense that a claim was still being processed since it had only been a week. So I paid it thinking they would just reimburse me when all the claims settled. Now, three months later, I went back in for a follow-up, and after multiple phone calls, they still can't figure out what is going on with it. They told me the payment was for the anesthesia. That should be covered by insurance. I shouldn't have to pay for it out of pocket. To me it seems like they didn't get pre-authorization from Cigna for the procedure they had scheduled 3 months in advance and now they're trying to stick me with the bill.

      hat the insurance claim had finally been resolved, which meant the refund could be processed. The past 2.5 weeks I have not been able to get in contact with the manager (though I have left messages), and no one in the billing department has any updates for me either. This business never calls when they say they will, frequently drops calls and does not call back after being disconnected, and does not communicate effectively even after constant attempts to seek out information. This has been a very frustrating experience and I am desperate to get this resolved.

      and they continue to send me bills and are threatening to send my bill to collections which is wrong since I don't owe them anything and don't know what else to do which is why I am filing this complaint..

      I am being treated with Affiliated Urologist doctors for mass that is believed to be cancerous. I requested 2nd opinion and since that time I have been largely ignored by doctors due to apparent offense taken by my first doctor over getting the second opinion. I do not even know who my doctor is anymore as they transferred my care to another doctor after the 2nd opinion without notice or request to or from me. After 3 months of care and realizing I need surgery to address the condition, I was advised the providers with Affiliated Urology don't even accept my insurance! Now, the reason for my complaint is that I am trying to get emergency referral to surgeon that accepts my insurance as I have been informed that mass has grown on last scan. **** was performed over ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************** request before they will just send the referral to Surgeon that accepts my insurance. This doctor is standing in the way of life-saving treatment I need. I just want them to respond to my requests without making me wait until next week for appointment. It is imperative that I get to Surgeon to schedule this surgery to save my life from the spread of a possibly cancerous tumor.
