5 stars*****************. Starting with ***** who answered the phone each time I called and shared information to appropriate person each time. Always friendly, courteous and professional. ****** does an amazing job of scheduling crews, always, always communicating and ensuring visits are timely, convenient and appropriate. ****** the boss (also a certified arborist) was very organized, communicative, a great listener and clearly a respected leader in the company. 5 starsDesign Tree Maintenance should be the first service to call when you need help with your trees. I can't speak to their other services because I haven't needed any of them....yet. I am certain that their Professionalism extends to those areas as well. From the first contact with their office to the job completion I have absolutely no complaint, and I have been a "happy camper" for several years. Tree/Landscape issues? Who you gonna call? 5 starsI have had Design Tree Maintenance nurture and trim my trees for the past 10 years. Their Professional Technicians just completed landscaping my large backyard, last week! They updated my drip system with new PVC piping, treated the ground with pre-emergent and material. The center of the yard is filled with Granite. There are four-foot wide pathways, framed with brick, to easily walk around the granite area and provide access to bougainvillea and lantana bushes with the exception of my patio area. Sprawling lantana has been planted around trees in the granite. I could not be happier! My yard is neat and clean and presently requires very little maintenance.
