    I paid for 1/2 of the services in March before the tree was removed. In April I thought they were suppose to take $500 out and they didn't. They said they can't that I have to make the payments and emailed me a link. By the time they contacted me I didn't have the money because I thought it taken out, I just check my account to see how much I have before making purchase.I have been making payments every months despite having a leak,causing my water bill to be $ 800 in 2 months, my electric going from$60 to almost$200 a month. July 1 they called left a message, didn't say anything about taking money out. I called back got a text saying they would call back.Juky 1 they tried to take $250, which would of bounced and caused me to get charged an insufficient funds fee. I called the bank, told them what happen, cancelled the card.Ididn't know what to do because I can't trust them with my card number because they could try to take money out when they felt like it. I planned on paying them a couple days after they did this. They finally called back July 14 and threatened to put a lien on the house. I called and asked why they tried to take money without my permission, asked how I could make payments without them having my info. The person didn't appear to know what was going on and said she would look into it, call back so we could make arrangements. It's been 2 days no call back and I believe this is a scam they use to try and put a lien on the house. I have been paying, was clear that I would continue to make payments. I never complained to them for not getting the free ***** grinding which was the special they ran in March when it was removed. I was told there would be no more suckers because of the chemical put on the *****, I'm still getting them, the ones around the ***** are hard to remove. This complaint should be to not pay them instead of paying them.

    Client ***** ****** called us on 02/26 for an estimate on a tree removal service. She approved the proposal on 02/26 and paid the 50% deposit of $1175.00 of $2350.00.

    We wanted to provide an update regarding the recent complaint. We have been in contact with the client, and she is currently on a payment plan for her remaining balance due. Additionally, although the client stated that she did not request ***** grinding, we have agreed to complete the ***** grinding at no cost as a gesture of goodwill and to help bring the matter to a positive resolution. Please let us know if any further information is needed.
