  8/9/2025 Received a postcard through regular mail inviting us to receive a complimentary 8/7 day cruise in exchange for our participation in attending a seminar on a Tour and Travel Expose *********** a *******, **** veteran! I take pride in being responsible for my actions. I fully accept the fact that my wife and I signed all the necessary papers. So, what is my complaint?Simply that what we were promised was never fulfilled. Soon after we signed the agreement, I immediately became suspicious and called my rep(******* ******** the following day(2/6/2025). She informed me that the contract was not cancellable. I replied that nowhere on the multi-page contract that we signed is that information mentioned. Nor was it ever mentioned during the seminar. This wouldve been a red line for me and would never have signed under that condition.The most grievous misinformation was that was mentioned, more than once, was that we were allowed 5 Resort weeks per year at 5 star hotels for $500 per week total price. The presenter-***** ******-mentioned this several times and in my opinion, was the main selling point.When I tried to take advantage of this incredible offer, my experience fell far short of the expectations laid out during the seminar. Furthermore, when I did a several more price comparisons between personal bookings and the prices which I solicited through Apollo, I failed to see any meaningful price *************** I am left to ******: What exactly is the upfront fee of $8000 buying me? The more research I did, the more uncomfortable I became. Apollo Destinations has lousy Yelp reviews and a very forgettable website on ********..Please be careful in dealing with this company who touts high-level services without no possibility of cancellation.

  I just booked my trip to **********. I can't wait to go. Everyone was so helpful. Great experience. They did all the work for me. I'd give them 10 Stars if i could.

  Many untruths were told during our 2 hour presentation 48 hours ago with Apollo Destinations.1. We were told they have an A+ with the BBB but not told they are not accredited from a picture not a live report.2. We were told there was 24/7 member access but there is only a website then I have to call and wait for someone to call back.3. We were told by member service **************** all sales were final but that was NOT told to us or in our contract when we asked to cancel and became less than professional.4. Since we paid $8k on our AMEX card we saw the company listed was ************** not the other names in the agreement.5. While reading through the contract we saw it states ( fees and port charges were our responsibility. ) However during the presentation we were lead to believe all inclusive trips was how this worked. Then our salesman ( ***** ) reworded what he said to cover his way out.6. This company in my opinion has a small team ( less than 20 ) people but given what we were shown it was a large team available to assist the members.7. In my opinion, deceptive businesses make you read and sign agreements without 24 hours and pressure customers to do everything now.8. The company said they were in ********* but this listing in the BBB shows AZ.

  I highly recommend Apollo for anyone looking for a great vacation experience. The prices are unbeatable. I have been on a couple of their cruises, and each one has been an incredible experience. They truly make you feel like youre home away from ****** ****** and family

  I love this program. My husband and i bought in ************. We got all our passwords and log ins liked promised and a week later we booked a cruise for ******. we had a great agent who talked us into a balcony, it was a trip will never forget. So majestic. Now we can't wait for our next trip. Highly recommend 5 starts in our books.

  My wife and I have been using our membership for the last 8 months and have taken more vacations than ever. I do have to say the condo resorts are the best. Like having a second home.

  The ONLY reason we wanted to work with this company is the WHOLESALE pricing we were supposed to get. The deals they have are the same ones that airlines and hotels, etc. are currently offering, certainly not wholesale. When i asked them to find something specific more than once their prices were higher than what i could find myself easily. Also 5 days to find info is ridiculous, no one wants to wait 5 days ... AAA can get back to you in a day. I am going to try and find their next date near me and really raise h*** when they are there until they refund me and stop the 10 year billing they will be doing very soon. Hope no one else gets caught in their trap. They are liars.
