    Scammers and liars. My car needed a jump start from sitting idle for over a month. An elderly tech came and applied a battery box for approximately 10 seconds. When he thought I wasn't looking, he kept removing it. He then tried to tell me my alternator was bad and hard sell me a "special rate" tow to the dealership 30 miles away. When an honest person jump started it, it ran and drove away fine. I reported it to the owner and he said "don't tell me how to run my business" before hanging up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    This company was hired by my insurance company to tow my vehicle to my home. They were terribly unprofessional, left me waiting for nearly 5 hours on a hot day with no communication as to why we were waiting so long. When I called and expressed my concern about waiting so long when I was quoted a 2 hr wait, I was told that it's the nature of the business and to put on my big girl pants and wait. I was never asked if I was in a safe location to wait that long, nor was any additional wait communicated to me. The lack of concern for customers and the complete absence of any professionalism is extremely concerning. Do not do business with this company if you can avoid it!
