    Signed up for this study material after I had failed the Certified General Appraisal exam. Thought it would be helpful in re-taking the test. The material covered in this program is not fully relevant to the actual exam. It is lacking a LOT of information that was on the exam, specifically the complex mathematical questions. This material simply goes through terms and concepts with some very very basic math questions. After going through the material for a day (about half of the practice tests/quizzes) I noticed that there is a lot of repeat questions and there is a lack of mathematical questions that I had on the exam. Feels like a waste of money/time.
