    Never seen so incompetent and ***************. I made reservation previous day, nobody show up. I call in the morning, yes, somebody on it's way - no show. Call 12++ times, no result. Bottom line - bunch of idiots with IQ size o my shoe. Never again!

    Horrible. On Dec 12, 2022 my driver broke my transport chair while forcing it into the trunk of the cab. Then, when we arrived near the destination, he was stopped by a ************** officer for making a right turn in a no-right turn, high pedestrian area. Since then, I have been given the run- around and multiple excuses as to why it has taken 3 months and nothing has been done about my chair. To make it worse, the person "Lxrxy Wxtt" who is now handling the case in the ************************** is rude and short with me. Multiple phone numbers that I have been given are dead lines and he will not give me the full name of *his* manager at the company.

    Disgusting service and driver Do not use this company Zero rating Cab number **** Phoenix From a previous bad experience, I always ask the driver if the credit card machine works before entering a taxi. I do this religiously. The answer on this occasion was yes (as it usually is) but I need to check as I dont carry cash, nor use ATMs.Half way through the 30 minute $57 journey, the driver tells me the machine doesnt work as it didnt work earlier in the day for another customer. I reminded him he told me when I got in the car it did work, so why this update. He raised his voice several times to say, its not a big deal and he will take me to an ATM. I told him it was a big deal to me and he shouldnt have said it worked when I got in the car. I asked if we could try the machine when we get to my home. Again with a raised voice he said why would we do that and then have to look for an ATM, as it doesn't work. He insisted very angrily that I go and get cash from an ATM. Being late at night, on a highway, I didnt have any other options.After being taken to a Circle-K station to get cash out he commenced to sing in the car Im having pizza and chicken wings for dinner over and over again. He asked me if I liked pizza obviously, absolutely furious, I didnt answer, so he answered for me yes I like pizza, and continued to talk to himself. If that wasnt horrendous enough, he then drives me to the wrong address, 3 miles from the address I gave him. Absolutely unprofessional, shocking service, outrageous behaviour, dishonest and disgusting driver.
