    Im submitting this complaint regarding a permanent ban placed on my ******************** account, now owned and operated by OpenTech Alliance. I strongly believe this action was either mishandled or overly rigid, and Im seeking a fair review by senior leadership.The reason cited for the ban was the existence of multiple accounts and alleged violations of policy. However, I have reason to believe my identity may have been compromised, possibly leading to fraudulent accounts being created in my name. I was never provided a full opportunity to explain or offer evidence regarding this.Its also important to note that StorageTreasures updated their policies after OpenTech Alliance gained full control in 2024. The alleged infractions occurred under the previous structure, and my understanding of the rules was based on policies in place at that time. Since then, I have demonstrated full compliance with the current system. My most recent and sole active account remained in perfect standing until it was suddenly banned without warning or the chance for appeal.Ive contacted customer service but have received no resolution or escalation path. I am now requesting BBB assistance in getting this matter reviewed by a higher authority within the company.This ban has negatively affected my ability to conduct legitimate business, despite showing compliance and good faith. Im fully willing to undergo identity verification or account audits and welcome any steps toward reinstatement.Thank you for your time and support.?Let me know if youd like to include specific dates or account details before you submit it.     Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the suspension of your ******************** account. We understand this situation has been frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

    ******************** is a third-party online marketplace that facilitates storage lien auctions on behalf of individual storage operators. Each facility sets its own policies and enforces its own auction rules. Our role is to uphold those policies in accordance with our Terms of Use.

    Upon internal review, we identified multiple accounts associated with your information, two of which were linked to repeated policy violations in 2023specifically, non-payment and failure to pick up won units from Extra Space Storage and Public Storage. Because these issues directly impacted our facility partners, both Extra Space Storage and Public Storage have requested permanent restrictions be placed on your ability to participate in their auctions. These restrictions must remain in place.

    That said, we recognize that time has passed, and were willing to offer a path forward. We are open to reinstating your account with the condition that you agree not to bid on auctions held by Extra Space Storage or Public Storage. Should you accept these terms, we will proceed with reactivation.

    Please reach out to our support team to confirm your agreement and initiate the reinstatement process. We appreciate your cooperation and your continued interest in using our platform.
