If you do decide to use this business, take lots of pictures of your item and make sure you have a value assessment of your treasures. Make sure you get a receipt from *****! I dropped off my ********************************************************************************** marker, all over the covers. The repair tech would return on the following Monday. ***** said, " I'll call you on Monday after he looks at it".She never called. I gave her the entire week, no call from her.I finally called on a Thursday. ***** said, oh, ok, I'll call you back...no call back.Friday morning...I called ***** at 9:30. She said, "oh, I didn't want to wake you up or disturb your household". What??? She than asked me if my item was "a door with an inset stained glass panel "? I said, "WHAT and NO".I now knew that she had LOST my 36 inch stained glass panel. She hadn't called me because she was HIDING from me! I absolutely was devastated. And, what got me was that she showed NO CONCERN AT ALL for my position. Like, oh well, it's around here SOMEWHERE.Seriously? I drove to the business thinking I could help identify my item. I saw my panel open on a table. I walked into ******* office and asked her why she didn't call me. She said, "we just found it".Again, NO APOLOGIES. I said, "do you realize what you did, to me and my BUSY day". She looked at me as if "whatever". She than had the tech wrap up my box which he took to my car and PUT IT ON THE CONCRETE! I went back to her office, told her she was UNPROFESSIONAL, rude, and that normal people do not act like this. I NEVER swore or threatened her, ever.She than threatened me that she was calling the Police. I said GO AHEAD. *** the owner must be happy with her because she wouldn't pull this c*** on customers if she didn't get away with it.DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING OF VALUE TO THIS BUSINESS. ******** ??
