I had a C-section back in *************************************************************************************************************************************** is employees of **************** Months go by and I received a bill that I owe $500 for B&B surgical assist which I have no idea who this people are. So I called them up and they just gave the run around not explaining anything and not sending me the break down of the bill. I called my *********** and they said they had paid them and it fell in out of network coverage. Yet now I am I. Collection for $1417 and some change. **************** was horrible and rude.

When you are on the table and do not know that your DR is calling out for assistance and then you are charged with out of network rates is frustrating. This is nonsense. They should not be allowed to do this without your approval before you go under the knife.

This is the definition of "Balance Billing". I never spoke to ANY of these "providers". Just got a random call from a collections agency. Never got a bill from the company. I paid upfront for my surgery as well.Very unprofessional. Not sure why anyone would hand over hundreds of dollars to a company that isn't even accredited.

I have only had one procedure done this year. And just a couple of days after this event, my I get an email saying I owe B and B Assist $500. They will not show me a statement unless I give them all my personal information. My doctor who led the procedure did not use this group nor has my insurance heard of them.

The girl in the billing department harassed my husband and I for two weeks via phone and email and was extremely rude to us. I just had a c-section so shes aware I just had major surgery and have a newborn at home, shes aware my husband works full time. She didnt even apologize to us when she realized that it was the post office fault for the check we were supposed to send them taking forever to get to us from our insurance. If youre going to work in anything healthcare related, even if its ************, have some patience and compassion.

I have to agree with all other reviews! ZERO STARS. I had a double mastectomy in Feb 2019 - My insurance company pre auth'd B&B Surgical Assist to be covered as well. I wasn't even aware of this company or their name until 7 mos after my surgery. I received a **** from B&B for like $9,000 but they would settle for $500....however, I called my insurance company and they stated they had auth on file to pay it they just needed to rebill it correctly.....with that said and given knowledge to ******** at B&B, I thought it was handled. ONE YEAR later 2020 - I received another **** from B&B now they want $1000 from me. Again, I called my insurance company they stated that she needed to **** it correctly and it would be paid - my rep even stated she would push it for her and it would be settled in 5 days. I called ******** at B&B again...she didn't answer, I left the message for her. Didn't hear from them, assumed they had been paid...until 6/26/2021 I received a collection letter for $1500!!!!!! Needless to say I did the footwork once again for B&B sat on the phone for an hour to get through to my insurance company...we called Brittany but no answer. I called today to speak with her supervisor - but no call as of yet returned. It amazes me that in the medical industry this is allowed to happen...especially for those of us dealing with ******! If anyone reads this and can choose their provider DO NOT CHOOSE this company. "
