    My spouse and I had an appointment with the doctor to be approved for a weight loss treatment on 1/8/24. We had previously purchased and had blood work done, this was arranged by the business. We were told multiple times by several staff, that the appointment with the doctor was 1 hour each and included a physical along with bloodwork review to be approved. Due to scheduling issues, we asked the business to have my spouse and I do the full appointment together so it could last 1 hour total, to which they agreed and said could be done. The day of the appointment we arrived early. The business had issues locating our bloodwork but was finally able to find it. We were taken to the office to see the doctor. The doctor quickly asked us some questions, including how much we weighed. I challenged this as getting our weights taken by her should be part of the physical, to which she rudely agreed. No physical took place for either my spouse and I. We only got asked some questions, were reluctantly weighed, and were read our blood test results. The doctor stood on the opposite side of the room the entire time, only approaching me to read the scale, but made my spouse tell her the weight on the scale himself. We were in and out in approximately 25 minutes. I notified the business through a text rating that I was not satisfied but no-one reached out to us.

    I had a HORRIBLE experience on July 13, 2023, with ***************************, the director of Suddenly Slimmer. There was an issue with both banks, mine, and theirs. My bank said the payment I had made, was processed and accepted, but their bank(s) had said it wasnt. Since July 10th, I had been communicating with **** and my bank. My appt was the 13th. The 12, I called and left a message to pleas have **** call me back, to check on payment. But I never got a call back. On the day of the appt., as soon as I walked in the clinic, I asked the ladies if they can check and they said they would let **** know but **** never came to talk to me. So I assumed everything was ok. *******, the Dr. called me in the room, and started the procedures I had gone in for. While Im waiting for the procedure to get done, **** walked in, and claimed I didnt do my part, with an email and a payment, and she had not seen anything on her part. I was trying to explain to her, that my bank said the payment had gone through. But, with an extremely nasty attitude and voice, she accused me of violating policies and if the payment wasnt done, she would call the police on me. I was done with the procedure, went to her office, and called the bank AGAIN, on speaker phone. She was also very rude to the bank. Anyways, I ended up asking the bank to CANCEL that transaction, and I just paid for what I got done July 13th. I was crying the whole time because she treated me like a thief. I also cancelled any future procedures I wanted done and told her Ill never go back to that office again. I wanted to pay with my debit card, versus a CC, so I can just get that payments, and not have to pay interests on this. But she talked to me and treated me HORRIBLY, like I was a criminal, trying to get away with not paying, when my bank account reflected the money had gone through. Im still crying about this unfair situation! I was looking into get more procedures done, in the near future, but never again.
