Out of business. We also have unfinished work. And a mechanic's lien against my house. I don't know how we are going to get out tax break from them now. I'm one of many customer who got screwed through them. But we should all come together and figure out how to find legal action against them for money lost, and HELP maintaining our solar panels, how to replace damages/downed panels. Just found a "Zenernet ********************* under ******** groups. We should help each other find local solar panel installers and more!!! I need help too. God bless you all and hope all is figured out. Things like this are going to happen, its how to react to them that truly show how resilient you are. Its going to be ok. You aren't alone.

Do not work with them under any circumstances! They left the project unfinished and unpermitted and stopped responding. Now apparently out of business?! ??

I paid this company ****** dollars + for the installation of a solar panel system. Last week the supplier of the materials filed a lien against my house. I paid Zenernet ****** + dollars for the materials which was not sent to Greentech the supplier. I will contact the collections agency to see how much the lien is for tomorrow. Zenernet is listed online as permanently closed.

This company has been an on-going nightmare almost since the time we signed the contract. Even tho they were rated at 8.5 stars by over **** people, we wished we would have never signed with them. Delay after delay caused the job to go unfinished for over 10 months. The communication was poor, their response time was poor, excuses were abundant with such things as "the city hasn't approved the permits and changes" time after time. We knew this wasn't true because every time they told us this we went directly to the city asking for the permits only to be told they had been approved and sent back. They gave us copies of the approved documents that we would then send to Zenernet. We literally had to start doing all the follow-*** and calls to the installers ourselves. Not until we wrote the *** and threatened legal action did things start to move. Now, after only 2 months, we received a letter from another company associated with Zenernet saying they haven't paid their bills and they have placed a lien on our home! The only reason they are getting 2 stars from us at all is we "believe" the equipment they installed is top-notch. However, I would AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

We signed up with Zenernet Solar to install a solar system for our home. The lender for this solar installation project is Sunlight Finance of which i will call today to cancel the financial obligation we committed to, We have been trying to contact Zenernet Solar to see how our project is progressing and have not been able to get a response from anyone in the company via phone calls or emails since 11-8-22, it took an email to corporate to find out what is going on and the response I got was this: "Hello customer We wanted to let you know that we are experiencing some delays in our process. Please rest assured that we are still working diligently on your project and will be in touch with further updates as soon as we can. If you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to us at .....Thanks! ****************** sounds like a pretty generic response, no apologies for ***** dropped ,no promise of getting better with communication,just a canned response. Do not go with this company!! One last thing that was the nail in the coffin,our friend who just had their panels installed last month,just a lien put on their house because the installer did not get paid for their work by zenernet. That is a serious red flag! Stay clearly away from this company folks.

We have a loan with Sunlight Finance but no money has been exchanged as far as a down payment and to date no work has been done. We started this project back on 8-11-22 and signed our loan contract on 8-13-22. We have no contract information or contract number only a project name; *****-Z-54213-ZProj-006729, and no loan number or information of any kind on the loan docs we signed. We have recently become aware that there have been some financial troubles regarding both Zenernet and Sunlight Finance. We would like to cancel our financial obligation and contract with Zenernet as well as Sunlight Finance as a result of non performance and breach of contract by Zenernet Solar for failure to complete the contracted installation work in the contractural stated time. Reference p.16 of 21 under Exhibit C , Location Specific ******************** ******************* Disclosures subsection a. Approximate start and Approximate Completion date states," We will start work on system as soon as the contract is signed. We estimate that construction and installation of the system at the site will begin on or about 2022-10-12 and will be substantially complete on or about 2022-08-18". Our contracted was signed on 8-13-22. They obviously got their dates backwards in the contract. Do to the fact we cannot contact Zenernet we don't even have the ability to cancel our contract with them. The only reason we gave them one star is because we had to in order to write this review, otherwise zero stars.

in a single word, this company Zenernet is fraudulent, they are thieves, we already pay this company and still waiting for the installation.

I started this project back in November 2021. I had a good sales rep, so I thought.. I had many other companies I could have went with. I thought it was going with a company that would stand by what they promised. Now it is November 2022 and I am still waiting to have my solar project to being completed. I have been waiting since July for them to connect to the main panel. I am on my fifth project manager who is very unresponsive to emails, text, and phone calls. Each one has told me that she will respond to me and I do not hear from her until a week later. They have said they were waiting on the city for permit approval. When I contact the city permit office, nothing has been received. Often times I have been lied to. I know how long a project should take as many of my neighbor who went with a different company had his system up and running in less than three months. I am now asking to pay more to complete the project. it seems like Zenernet does not care once they receive their money. If the panels where not on my roof already I would cancel and find and find a better company to work with. Now their consumer voice box is full.

Well everything went great on I'm getting loans set up customer service was excellent then after the after loan was paid out add no more contact with project managers which was switched 3 times now no one is returning my calls and I'm hoping the project will move forward. And since they subcontract the workout it would almost be less expensive if you were to just do-it-yourself The panels cost around ***** Which leaves a lot of extra money for for average cost is around *****

This is a case of big hat/no cattle. Slick sales and dreadful follow up. I would give Zenernet a zero if I could. When I decided to have solar panels installed at my home, I investigated six companies recommended by ****** and selected Zenernet.But six months after signing a contract in February with the company and, despite multiple attempts to communicate with a merry-go-round of multiple project managers first it was *******, then *****, **************************** and now ******** assigned to execute the contractAugust arrived and no solar installation was even scheduled.One of the many project managers assigned to me wrote in March that my plans had been submitted to the city for approval. In May I contacted my building department and discovered that *no* plans had been submitted! The next time I tried to contact the company, I had to deal with yet another project manager.I finally initiated a dispute with my credit card company for the $21000 I had paid Zenernet, the company suddenly showed an interest and scheduled the installation. Its still not in and Im worried that, when it is installed that it wont function and the company will have my money. Smooth sales operation, nothing behind it. Forbes should remove this company from its recommended solar companies. Once more: Big hat, no cattle.
