    We are in need of the contact for the new house we are buying. We cant close on the house till we complete this paperwork and nobody is calling us back. ********** only called me back after I tracked him down on LinkedIn. And didnt send the paperwork he promised he would. What is wrong with people who dont care once they get what they want. We cant close until we have this info and is holding up everything we are doing. We need a callback today!!

    Throughout this lease transfer there we spots of non-communication after we had sent our lease transfer packet to wait for all required items on our checklist to be received to issue a termination on the *** for the seller, the sellers agent was given all documents needed to be obtained but she did not circulate that to the buyers agents. after communicating with the correct agents and after receiving everything required we immediately issued a termination to be processed. while there were missed communications once everything we received our process was followed and instead of giving the title agents the termination for them to file due to the tight timeline, we issued and filed the termination on our end to help speed up the process.

    I am working with a customer of this company who purchased ********************** and has a UCC lien on his property. We have been calling and emailing to request the solar lease, as well as an update on a check that was sent to them, in addition to other questions we have. This company has not responded for over 4 weeks. We call them daily multiple times a day now and it goes to a ****** Voice inbox. No one gets back to us. We are trying to sell the home but we cannot without a copy of the lease, since it transfers to the new buyer. We are almost to the point where we will have to hire attorneys just to obtain our contract information.

    Solar Stopped work on 9/28/2022 which I reported and did not get any help to fix and correct broken solar until 06/19/2023 by which I had overpaid my electric bill in excess of $1950 for the time my solar was out. After numerous calls, emails and lack of call back communications I have had to resort to contacting the BBB repeatedly to seek resolve to my problems with this issue! The SolarEnergyLease (SEL) has stated they would reimburse me the funds I had over paid during the outage but since the repairs had been completed I still have not received the check of reimbursement from the company after being told it is being handled and I should see check shortly and that is after I personally took all proof from APS electric bills into office and dropped them off at front desk to speed up this process it seems that no action still has been done to make me whole from the nightmare occurrence of outage and having it handled in a timely and professional manner! Please I seek help to have this company pay me what I am owe and they are ready have all the proof in their possession of all my bill statements showing all energy lost and differences in all my bill compared to the year prior showing my normal billing! ************* is Point of contact who knows the whole issue I am having at SEL.

    Signed solar lease on 6/6/22. Money ($72.90) to be deducted by the company from our bank account on the 1st of every month.To date, money has been removed from the account on 12/07/22, 12/22/22 and 1/22/23.I have voice messaged the company number provided to me in the documents on 1/23/23, 1/24/23, 1/25/23 with no response. I emailed the company at the address provided to me on 1/31/23 with no response. There were also two other phone conversations that I do not have dates for in Oct 2022 and November 2022.On 2/3/23 I put a stop on the company's ability to remove funds from my account.I want to resolve this issue but can't continue to have money withdrawn outside of the contract dates.
