    When I signed with the sales rep to become a customer I was promised 6 months of payments towards my loan. After repeated follow up on my part I received 3 checks over the span of 6 months... Checks often come way after the payment is due sometimes up to a month or more. I have left voicemails and not heard anything back. Whatever communication I receive is by text telling me that the accounting team has sent checks that don't come. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had from a company. Do not promise something that you do not intend to follow through with.

    We signed a contract with this company for solar. We were told that we would not be receiving anymore bills from APS. This has not been the case. We continue to receive bills from APS and when I try to contact the company no one responds back. The sales representatives that sold us solar no longer work for the company.I contacted the install company and had our solar reviewed. I was told the solar company who sold us our panels did not accurately install enough panels for our house size. We already paid $37,000 for our solar and are being told for our home we would need to spend another $15,000 for the solar to work for us. We were lied to and cannot reach anybody at the company for a call back. I don't think we should be responsible for their mistake.

    Solar Nation lied to me about how long it would take to complete my project. They told me about a month and that was 7 months ago. Very bad company that took advantage. Dont care about customers, only making money. Stay away from.

    We certainly apologize for the delay. Since then, we have adjusted our network of providers and suppliers to provide an even better customer experience.

    ****STAY AWAY!!!****Solar Nation does not honor its word. Its owner *********************** is completely crooked. I have made dozens of phone calls to them trying to get my bill paid because their system is ***Not*** eliminating my power bill. They designed my system too small and then told me I had to pay more for additional panels. The customer service director ************************* would be more suited to making tacos as his complete lack of professionalism is apparent within 5 seconds of talking with him on the phone. This is a terrible company! ***Run, run, run!!!****
