CORRUPT OWNER HAS FAILED TO PAY ME OVER $5,000!!! *********************** owner of USA SOLAR NATION who fired me hasn't paid me money that is owed from two of my installations totaling $5,399. I was fired on January 27th, 2022. One of the two installations owed to me was installed on January 25th, 2022. I'm owed $2,350 for this installation. I have all documentation including pictures and new client invoice. The second installation owing was installed on February 4th, 2022. I'm owed $3,049 for this installation. Again, I have all documentation including pictures and a new client invoice which shows how much I'm owed after installation. I've dealt with their attorney, who claims that I was on a $500 advance draw per week which is a blatant lie. I was paid a stipend of $500 per week plus commissions. Again, I've got documentation proving this from text and emails. I know this owner has done the same with other employees who were either fired or left the company. I know at least THREE other employees who are owed money by this employer.My employeer classified me as an independent contractor even though I work set hours and I'm paid a weekly stipend. I also have group insurance which was cancelled on 12/31/2021 without my knowledge and wasnt offered cobra. I also tried collecting unemployment but I wasn't able too because they classified me as an independent contractor.
