      If I could give Harmony Security 1000+ stars I would! After dealing with ***'s deceptive business practices and constant price increases, I needed to find an alarm company that was honest, responsive and didn't upsell. Someone on Nextdoor recommended I reach out to Harmony and I am thankful I did. ***** provided an onsite visit to discuss our needs and he knows the security business well. We not only needed a general alarm system upgrade, we also needed our residential fire sprinklers and our Phyn+ water shutoff tied to central station monitoring (something the other companies we consulted with had no idea how to do). ***** was extremely responsive and honest-something that is so hard to find these days! Fast forward to the installation day completed by *****. ***** was very knowledgeable of the system and walked through exactly how everything was going to be installed and WHERE it was going to be installed. The installation day went exactly how ***** said it would go and it was completed without a hitch; everything went great! Thank you *****! We love the app which is very intuitive and we are so very thankful we hired Harmony Security. This is a company that leads with integrity and truly cares about the customer!
