    I had a security door installed by this company in February of 2024. Shortly after we began to notice our door frame splitting from the mount for the door spring being mounted incorrectly. My wife had attempted to call multiple times and kept being told that someone would call her back, yet never receiving that call back. Finally I called in myself today and was told that the company refuses to address the issue, and that it has to be out fault for opening the door too much. Our door won't open past 90 degrees, and barely even that as we have our garage and a light in the way. When I called in, not only did the associate on the phone tell me that they would not address the issue, but he was also very condescending, and kept interrupting any time I would try to explain how the mount was installed incorrectly saying "Hey! Hey1" When I asked the associate to stop yelling "Hey!" at me when I was trying to talk and his response was "Oh really? Hey! Yeah.... how do you like that?" I then explained that I certainly did not appreciate his tone over the phone and that I may need to come in person to their office to discuss as I'm sure he would be less aggressive in person. I was then told "Oh yeah, *****, I'd love for you to try!" before he hung up the phone and has since refused to answer any follow up phone calls to find resolution. Upon looking on their Yelp! account, it is apparent that we are not the only ones who have had this issue. The company claims a lifetime warranty for issues with installation.

    I have reached out to you personally and have not gotten a response yet but I am happy to try and find a solution and work with you on the issue. 

    As far as the conversation went on the phone with our customer service rep, I can only base it off what you have told me and what he has told me. He told me that you were aggressive on the phone and said you were going to come down to our shop and kick some ***. 

    I cant confirm or deny what was said on the phone call. However I have talked to my customer service Rep about the issues. 

    Please let me know what steps you would like to take next.
