5 starsOur experience with Phoenix Roofing and Repair was great! They did an excellent job replacing our roof. But that's not even the best part: they meticulously documented prior storm damage to the roof (of which we weren't even aware) and provided critical assistance in building a claim that, after multiple denials and appeals, was eventually accepted by our home owner's insurance. 5 starsPhoenix Roofing and Repair made it possible for me to get a much-needed, beautiful new roof much sooner than I could have done on my own. From day one, they completely took over dealing with my insurance, and *****, our Roof Consultant, was consistently on top of it. He kept me updated the whole way through. I never had to wonder what was happening or chase him for info. When insurance pushed back on coverage, ***** fought to get it sorted without me lifting a finger. *****, our Estimator, was equally awesome. She made sure no detail was overlooked. The whole team was incredible, even including ******, their COO, who made sure the project stayed within our means. The work was done quickly and expertly. The team stayed on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the roof looks fantastic - even better than I expected, honestly. I never had to worry about a thing, and thats rare these days. 5 starsPhoenix Roofing is very honest and an awesome company. They treat you right and help you out as much as possible. When they worked on replacing our roof they did all the work of contacting our insurance company and made sure we did not have to pay the total cost. They were very reasonable in what we had to pay. 1 starThis company was hired by my HOA to repair the roofs. They continually blocked in our cars and lefts a mess across the community (Gatorade bottles, wrapper etc). They entered my backyard without my permission by hopping my fence. They used my water spout without talking to me and used it to clean their cooler. They spit on my patio and blew snot onto my patio. A pile of dirt in my backyard (due to a project) had a blower taken to it so dirt was blown all over my furniture and yard. They took down my shade sail without talking to me and did not put it back up correctly. Nails and screws were left in my yard and in our parking spots. Even when I contacted the site supervisor I got a simple apology for the first incident and then was ignored thereafter. My building was supposed to be completed on a specific day but was started early and finished late, it took 3 days to complete. There was no notice to let us know they would be starting our building early. Its extremely frustrating, especially given the yard still had garbage all over when they complete my building, and anyone that had a small dog knows this is extremely unsafe. All other reviews seem to rave about this company, so maybe this was a one off, but the one off was horrible.

5 starsPhoenix roofing not only replace my existing roof, they help with getting our insurance co. To cover the full cost of materials and labor. We also had rain damage to our carport witch Phoenix roofing helped getting our insurance to cover the cost of repair. In the process of getting bids for a new roof Phoenix was the only company out of six bids that suggested and Recommended contacting the insurance company. Very impressive. Phoenix Roofing and took the lead with the insurance company did all the paperwork. They were remarkable. Much thanks and well appreciated. Would recommend them to anybody.Phoenix Roofing & Repair

5 starsThey were excellent from beginning to end. Always kept me informed of everything. It was done in a day. everyone working on the roof was very good. They worked with the insurance company on my behalf and always got it done. The roof looks great! I have already recommended them. Great people to work with.
