5 starsWe can't say enough good things about this company. We needed a new roof on one of our rental properties and contacted 3 different roofers to get estimates. We decided to go with Brown Roofing and couldn't be happier with our choice. They were easy to get ahold of, easy to schedule, showed up on time (usually a little early...what a breath of fresh air) and did a fantastic job on the roof in less that 2 days (smaller house). Once they were done, they cleaned up the surroundings so well, it was impossible to tell they were even there except for the new roof. We would highly recommend you give them a call. 5 starsJust got to say fantastic company...It was as easy as ordering a pizza..My 41 year old roof needed to be replaced and I asked around at work for a good roofing company. A coworker used them and had nothing but good things to say...I called and we set a date. 5 starsThe roof of our 46-year-old house is a difficult combination of flat and pitched, but one that is common in the Valley. Most of the roof is flat, but the pitched area is covered with curved concrete tiles in front and shingles in back; the shingled area drops to straight planking to join the flat areas. The portion of the flat roof over the garage began leaking -- again, "again" because, during the 43 years we have owned the house, it has been a source of problems as have some of the other flat and tiled areas. For that reason, we have been unhappy with the two prior roofing companies we have used. Brown Roofing came highly recommended by friends, and we are so grateful for that recommendation because Brown Roofing is superb, fully justifying the BBB A+ rating. We insist that any contractor be licensed, bonded and insured, and we prefer a local business with years of experience and with a high BBB rating. Brown Roofing met those criteria. ***** Brown met with us. The quoted price was a fair one, and the contract was straightforward. Under ******* close supervision, the work exceeded our expectations in quality and care, even including the clean-up. And honesty: Brown Roofing went beyond what was called for by the contract such as replacing some of the tiles and other repairs, and yet ***** refused our offer that he be paid for the extra work, all of which had been approved by us before it was done. Brown Roofing is a model roofing company, and we highly recommend it!

5 starsBrown Roofing was excellent from the get go. With a warm referral we started working with *****, who was our main point of contact. Not only did he make the process easy (which up until that point had been miserable due to our insurance agency), he gave us strategies to ensure that our roof would be covered, our legal rights would be respected and streamlined the entire process.I have heard from many people that the roofing business can be sketchy - Brown Roofing is the opposite of that. We got 3 other quotes and didn't like the prices and/or the other salespeople. Mr. ********************** and ************** were professional and VERY pleasant. 5 starsHIRE THEM!!! I can not emphasis that enough. I was going to get 4 quotes for my roof but on a whim decided to get a 5th quote. So glad I did. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a contractor from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the contract was straight forward with no potential hidden costs (like all 4 previous), the employees were amazing and fast, each day they left the property cleaner then when they arrived. *****, *****, ******, **** and crew - thank you so much!!!Review fromAron M

5 starsI contacted Brown Roofing for a quote (1 of 4) and ***** came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and provided a detailed proposal and great warranty. Although the quote was higher than 2 of the other 3 quotes, I felt comfortable with *****, his knowledge and the roofing products they use. He pointed out things like having the DirecTV dish moved off the roof, that the other companies did not mention. The crew, led by *****, showed up on time, respected the property, performed top quality workmanship and cleaned up at the end of each day. The owner, ***** Brown, was also involved in the project staging the debris trailer and dropping off supplies. They went over and above to insure rotted lumber was replaced and painted the fascia boards. Excellent communication from ******, in the office, on scheduling the job and taking care of the contract. i was very impressed and happy with the finished roof. 5 starsBrown Roofing completed a full roof replacement on my tile and foam roof. They showed up on time and finished the job early. The crew was professional, courteous and left the job site immaculate at the end of each day. Communication was excellent and they answered any questions I had by phone, text or email immediately. ****** went above and beyond offering help to my contractor and AC company installing a new AC unit on my newly completed foam roof. 5 starsTwo or three years ago, I had Brown Roofing give me an estimate for a new roof. There were a couple of missing pieces of asphalt, but no interior leaks. Brown Roofing inspected the roof, said it was sound, and predicted the roof would last another year or two. Other roofing companies said I should replace the roof. After 2 or 3 years, I called Brown Roofing again and they recommended a new roof. Had another company give an estimate just to compare prices, but the estimates were similar.Contracted with Brown Roofing and have been pleased with their work. Both the owner and manager are friendly and easy to work with. The office person helped me select a preferred color of roofing material. The crews were friendly, efficient and cleaned up the site.
