Brown Roofing completed a full roof replacement on my tile and foam roof. They showed up on time and finished the job early. The crew was professional, courteous and left the job site immaculate at the end of each day. Communication was excellent and they answered any questions I had by phone, text or email immediately. ****** went above and beyond offering help to my contractor and AC company installing a new AC unit on my newly completed foam roof. I cant say enough great things about this company!

Two or three years ago, I had Brown Roofing give me an estimate for a new roof. There were a couple of missing pieces of asphalt, but no interior leaks. Brown Roofing inspected the roof, said it was sound, and predicted the roof would last another year or two. Other roofing companies said I should replace the roof. After 2 or 3 years, I called Brown Roofing again and they recommended a new roof. Had another company give an estimate just to compare prices, but the estimates were similar.Contracted with Brown Roofing and have been pleased with their work. Both the owner and manager are friendly and easy to work with. The office person helped me select a preferred color of roofing material. The crews were friendly, efficient and cleaned up the site. Excellent job on my roof!Honest, professional. Efficient, conscientious. The nicest work crew I have had the opportunity to work with. Left my property extremely clean upon completion. Best warranty. I would recommend this company for any roofing job you need.Brown Roofing Response

First class company! *****, ***** and ****** all very easy to deal with and the crews are professional and courteous. We manage my sister's finances out-of-state, so we were careful to research, compare, and choose a reliable, experienced company to replace her single level roof in *******. Brown's estimate was fair and competitive, scheduling was accommodating, and the crew arrived early both mornings to beat the May heat. Completion was sooner than anticipated. The owner showed ** the new roof with authentic pride, explaining step-by-step how it was done, and how he personally improved a previous installer's work, averting trouble on the patio roof system. A slight chance of rain postponed our start date; we appreciated the receptionist keeping ** updated so we could adjust travel plans. Brown Roofing's BBB rating impressed us; those reviews turned out to be happily consistent with our experience.Review from Kathleen P

Great experience from beginning to end. No salesperson, no fancy sales pitch. An experienced roofer came out, walked the roof and gave us a fair estimate. Explained exactly what he was going to do and why. Followed up with us a couple of days later to check if we had any questions: not to sell anything, just making sure. When we signed, the office staff was professional and patient as we changed colors on them, ******** was on time each of the 3 days, were clean, efficient and professional. The property was cleaner after the work than before. Work was completed on time and within the quote. Great roof.Brown Roofing Response

Very satisfied! From start to finish, the whole process is made easy by Brown Roofing! The estimator clearly explained their roofing system and why they felt that it was superior. They had a wide choice of colors and textures. The contract was clearly explained. The Brown Roofing company office was easy to reach, communicate with and schedule. Their crew showed up as scheduled, on time at sunrise to begin work. They work fast and clean. The crew finished the job in 2 days. They did their best to leave the yard as clean or cleaner as when they arrived! We are very happy and satisfied with our new roof!
