    I closed my account with ********************** retirement company in 2013 with a contract that I will be receiving $31.77 annuity every month. This annuity is directly deposited into my bank account. However, for December 2024, I did not receive any annuity. When I contacted the company, I was put on hold with different people in the company without a satisfactory answer. I request with this company that my annuity of $31.77 for December ************************** timely manner.

    Per my parents will, I am the custodian account holder for accounts I opened for their two grand sons. At the time I opened the education trusts at Valic, I provided the agent with a copy of my parents' will and informed him that the trust accounts are to be overseen by me until they reach the age of 25. The agent was provided all the requested documents, and he told me that I would be the custodian of the accounts until each of my parents' grandsons' reached the age of 25, as stipulated in their will.I recently contacted the financial company Valic selected to hold the trust funds and was told that each grandson would take control of their trust account at the age of 21. I asked why this was so, as the accounts were to be setup so that I, as the custodian, would maintain control until they reached the age of 25. I was told that Valic did not complete the correct documents, and that Valic needs to make the corrections. I was told that I could not make the corrections.I contacted ****************************, the Valic agent assigned to the accounts and informed him of the mistake Valic made when they opened the trust accounts. I requested that he contact me and the financial institution Valic selected to hold the trust funds and made the necessary corrections so that I remain the custodian of the accounts until each of my parents' grandsons' reach the age of 25. He has refused to contact me and refused to make the necessary changes that only Valic can make I did not know that Valic made this mistake until I recently contacted the financial institution holding the trust funds. It was at that time they informed me of this error made by Valic.

    I have been attempting to collect hardship benefits for over two weeks. Daily calls are confusing and no one seems to know what the other person is doing. Eviction is happening soon. This is my money and they are playing with it. I would personally never use this company. My job chose this company to carry our 403B. They have caused me a great deal of stress.
