    I registered on 09/30/24 for myself and my son. We signed paperwork and I was given a sheet with the info about internet and restrictions. Listed were no smoking in the area, no weed on property, and no animals. I also got my invoice. THAT WAS ALL I RECEIVED. We were not told anything other than the info listed above either. My son went outside with no shirt on to smoke his regular cigarette. He told me about the confrontation (and warning). I thought the situation was over. Then 2 security came knocking on the door like they were cops and was accusing me. I felt threatened. I wanted to call the police. I felt like they were going to hurt me. I didn't do anything wrong. I do not feel safe at this place and I paid for a week. I need a discount, an apology from the general manager and both security people, AND to be transferred to a different property as I no longer want to stay where I am paying and no longer feel safe because of their own security. Their security makes me feel like I need to call the police to protect myself from them (the security). No one should have to pay for that. What happened wasn't even a very big deal. But the security made it sound like we murdered someone. I felt like they were treating me as if I had. I don't even want to go back there at all to be honest.

    Thank you for choosing InTown Suites.  Per your guest service agreement that you signed at the time of checking in, Intown Suites does not allow the following : failing to wear a shirt and shoes whenever outside your room. Failure to comply could result in removal from the property and forfeiture of deposit,

    They did NOT address my situation and concern. I would like my situation and concern addressed. The fact that their security treated me as a criminal when I did NOTHING WRONG. That was neither acknowledged nor addressed. I feel unsafe at the property as a result of the security they have employed. That is completely unprofessional on Intown suites part as well as the security they employ. Address THAT problem.

    there is no resolution. This is unsatisfactory. I'm never staying at any Intown suites ever again. And I will certainly tell everyone I know about my experience and discourage family, friends, and strangers not to stay there. I will happily pay more money to stay somewhere that the guests who have not done anything wrong are not treated like criminals. I will stay where guests who follow the rules are treated how they should be, with respect.

    I was cussed out by the maid aka a member of the staff at this Intown suite I am currently staying at and I'm not going to take rude behavior from an employee when I'm the customer. I should never be told to f*** off and die as a customer.
