    National Default Servicing Corporation (NDSC) is engaged in a wrongful foreclosure action and their actions has harmed me. According to ********** Laws, they have no standing to be the Trustee and they are NOT representing the true beneficiary, According to the credit bureau reporting, my loan is not in default. it states I have paid as agreed and Equifax report shows the account is closed and yet, they have filed a wrongful notice of default slandering the title to my property and causing me undue mental and emotional stress and anxiety without cause. I have informed them that the loan balance has been fully satisfied and to reconvey the deed of trust but this has been ignored. Secondly, in addition to all the payments, I have tendered since 9/26/2005, according to NDSC's own records, copy of which was provided to me by NDSC and attached herewith, the security instrument I had tendered at closing (per 12 USC 412 and Section 16 of the *************** Act), it was converted to a draft by a V. P. of Citibank N. A. by endorsing "Pay to the order of Citibank N.A" and deposited. This means there has not been a loan or debt of any sort owed since the draft conversion took place and the deed of trust should have been released immediately after that. NDSC is taking the position that they are taking orders from the Beneficiary but they have not taken trouble to verify if the party they are supposedly representing is the correct holder in due course/beneficiary and they have also failed to provide an authenticated verification of existence of any debt. The very document they provided to me and used to initiate foreclosure clearly shows, the security instrument was cashed by Citibank. Since they are engaging in wrongful actions, causing harm to a living woman, I hold them responsible and liable for their actions. i need NDSC to provide their bond and/or liability insurance information and they have not been forthcoming. I need BBB's help to obtain this information.

    I have requested that this company cease and desist communication until they validate the alleged debt with the original documents and disclosures. they refuse to hear my request to cooperate with the debt collector who introduce themselves as retained by a shadow company deceptive and violent language.
