      ****** with Simply Property Management was amazing!She answered my phone call and made sure that I knew the proper steps to take with my plumbing issues.****** also made sure that I knew that the property I owned was up to specifications!Thank you ****** for everything!

      Worst company ever. Do not rent from them!!! We moved into a property in ****** with multiple issues upon moving in. We've tried contacting them multiple times about the issues were having and we just get ignored. We have a serious case of termites and they did someone out to check 2 weeks ago and they confirmed we definitely have termites. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't sent anyone back to get it fixed. The termites are only getting worse. Also we're having issues with cabinets falling apart, concrete floors falling apart, bath tub has not worked since we moved In. They sent a man with his child to come look at it. The *** said he couldn't do any of it and he would let the reality company know. And still not one call, or email from anyone. Can't reach anyone with them to find out what's going on. We spent like *** to move into this place and have had nothing but problems. Our last house we lived in for 8 years and the reality company was amazing. Fixed everything we needed within a few days. Stay far far away from any properties being listed by these slumlords. I regret ever giving them a ***** of my money. **** if you read this and I hope you do, how do you sleep at night?? Letting families live with termites, things falling apart. Can't even use the only bathtub in the house. What a joke you and your company are. FYI many more issues these were just a few!!! Stay away!!!

      As an investor in real estate properties, we couldn't do it without them. They are simply the best. We live out of state so we especially need a management company that can handle everything - from leasing, fixing, or selling - they do it all and do it well.
