    As a current resident and homeowner at Villa Charme our fees have been risen but no progress has been made. I have called and emailed about my storage roof to be repaired which they are responsible for and nothing has been done. They have a club house that is boarded up where homeless people do drugs. This does not feel like a safe environment where my grandkids can play outside. There is trash laying around everywhere. Recently they have hired a landscaping crew that damaged my vehicle and when i called they refused to give me the name of said landscaping company. Take this as a warning Do not move to any of paradise property management properties, they are Ineffective and make it difficult for homeowners and residents.

    Not BBB Accredited. No online presence. Almost positive The Embassy is the only property in their "portfolio". Who hired them? Why are they still here?Now that the area is rising in property value it's apparent paradise is out of their league, a relic of the from the days when ********* was a prostitute and drug laden ghetto.You have our attention and you will be held accountable for your incompetence.

    Not even worth talking about ..always on ignore....nothing gets done and in the last 6 years they upped their hoa fees by 75 bucks..whe. I moved.in to the villa charms hoa was.150. A.month. now its ****** a month Don't move here

    I manage a large number of condos for a combination of owners in a building in Downtown *******, To say that my experience over the years has been less than setting up a factory is an understatement. The absolute no respect and disregard that the particular HOA property manager assigned to the building I work in has it's on excusable. She's not even knowledgeable on the CCRs or rules of the building and has been wrongfully charging condo owners for repairs that are emphatically contrary to the community bylaws, she fails to communicate, and horrendously deals with problem-solving (she ignores any request, comments, or concerns that she wants.) Her inability to effectively manage the building is quite literally leading to the deterioration of the integrity and structure of the building. I cannot continue to list all the ways she is negatively affecting, and improperly servicing this building, but I will say her management, and incompetence has and currently are causing immense financial damage, to many of my clients, and all the owners of this building.
