    Ive lived at a few places and they work with you if you pay rent late if you are going through hard times. *********** does not work with you!! They charge you $500 eviction overturn and attorney fees. Ive never had to pay that before in previous places. This place is a rip off. DONT MOVE HERE!! I know its my fault paying rent late but things happen.

    Do not rent here!!! You will be charged random fees, and treated like a number .They will threaten to evict you if you have $50 that is not paid. They have very little face to face interactions and no sympathy if youre struggling. No quiet enjoyment here, the fire alarms go off every month and sometimes while youre sleeping.Also, No smoking and there is no area to smoke. To add, they have gone through 2 different office ladies in less than a year. Their accountant **** is apparently the worst of them all so beware. Its only about money for this company. You pay $75 for amenities that are not worth it. You also have to bring your own washer and dryer. So with everything adding up it really wouldve been better to get a luxury apartment.

    Do not rent here, they charge for EVERYTHING. they charged us 180 for our trash being out before the allotted times. Mind you our work hours are from 3-10 so if we put it out before then we get fined. When reaching out to the property manager she said she has no control over our work schedule but has control of the rules and regulations put in place and we would have to take the trash ourself even thought we pay 100$ extra on base rent for REQUIRED amenities. They charge 75 to change your lease in any way, like losing an animal that no longer lives there or adding a garage, this does not include any deposit. And something I paid both times. Theyre absolutely ridiculous and id save the extra money and rent somewhere else.

    My apartment flooded and there is sewage in here and they say its livable. Im living in sewage.They think living in sewage is acceptable living arrangements.They gave my neighbor a stroke and she died! They are being sued for that too.Please please please do NOT rent from these horrible people! I have video of the deplorable situation they have me living in.
