    Business is an HOA. They are required and paid monthly for outside work in community. They told me a work order for a irrigation leak was put in on June 4, 2024. Since then nothing has been done. Office refuses to give me landscaping company phone number, so I could deal directly, they would not even say what company it was. After numerous requests to J Squared Property Management, emails and calls, nothing has been done. Leak is in my patio area and close to under home, that is why i'm so concerned. I request at this point, at leaset one month of Associated Fees come off my bill. More if it doesn't get done soon and damage occurs.

    I am sorry to hear that you felt in any way that J. Squared was not performing its responsibilities regarding your leak. I assure you, that is not the case! I wish that you had been in attendance at the ***** of ********* meeting in May, where we (J. Squared) expressed extreme frustration with the association's chosen landscapers due to lack of communication. Having reviewed the communication log for your concerns, I can see that a work order was submitted to the landscape company shortly after your call on 6/4/24. We were later advised by the landscape supervisor that they would be out to make the repair the following day before the irrigation turned on again. Repeated calls and emails were sent to the landscape company to ensure that your leak was addressed in an expedited manner. Each time that you contacted our office to make us aware that the landscapers did not show up as they stated they would, we contacted them via email and phone to find out what happened and demanded someone make the repairs asap. Multiple phone calls were even made to the owner of the landscape company to ensure the issue was being addressed. It is my understanding that these repairs were completed on 6/10/24 by the landscape company and confirmed by a ***** Member who stopped by your home to speak to you. I am sorry again that you feel J. Squared in any way was not performing its responsibilities, however, ** Squared did in fact take all necessary steps to have your concerns addressed in a timely manner.

    Jsquared Property Management is the worst HOA we have dealt with. To collect our money and not have responsibility of landscape company. This went on for 6 days. ***************** blamed Jsquared for lack of communication . I don't know who to believe. Jsquared just have automated responses, No  concept of anything. Board Member **** came by also and explained Jsquared imposition. 

     

    I still ask for at least a month off HOA fees, for what it did to my home and patio.

    Thank you for taking the time to speak to me on the phone this past Friday. I truly appreciate you taking my call and allowing me to explain a bit more about the situation and some of the challenges we and the association have experienced with the current landscaper. As discussed during our call, ** ******* only recently took over as the managing agent for the community and have expressed on countless occasions, our frustrations with the landscape company that the association hired prior to our involvement with the community. Luckily, the Board agreed and approved for us to terminate the landscapers on 5/21/24, however, the contract has a 30-day termination clause, which ultimately means that we were stuck with the current landscaper for the next 30-days (during the time of your leak).
