    I am 8 months pregnant being on bedrest and travelling to the hospital multiple times a week to monitor my baby First Time: Around the weekend of February 3rd-4th I had a neighbor contact me stating that she had seen someone breaking into my apartment. I was, at that time at the hospital so I couldn't come to place right away. When I was discharged I arrived to my apartment to discover that my screen door and front door was unlocked and opened. I immediately called the police but they never arrived. I contacted my front office to let them know what had occurred and that I would not be at my home because of the health issues throughout my pregnancy. They said okay. The second time my neighbor called me stating that she is witnessing someone trying to go through my back door, I was at a birthing class; which I had to leave early to see what and who was trying to get into my apartment; as I pulled up to my residence I seen the person actually trying to unlock my back door, by that time I dialed 911 and confronted the person. Police came and the burglar ran away. Police got my contact information and stated that they would get back to me. After I talked to the police, i walked up to my front office; and talked to to the manager to see what they can do to get this menace off the street for my kids and i safety but they still insisted that in order for them to do anything they need a police report. Only thing they could do was change my locks, but the burglars still managed to get into my apartment. I went into my apartment and EVERY THING was taken, they wiped me clean. only left in my apartment was trash and half eaten food. I went up to the office again and told them about my situation again and they still told me that there was nothing they could do; i informed them that I couldn't stay there because of my health and safety; I wasn't offered a hotel room or any services that could make sure my safety and my kids safety was in good hands. I had to contact NAACP .

    I stay in a ***** infested apartments. I have filed numerous complaints and still nothing. There are roaches in my sockets in my oven in my vents

    Hello I live at your ********** apartments that's ******************************************************************************* the leasing office managers been harassing me all week long and she proceeded to allow two men to enter my apartment without prior knowledge and I had no clothes on when I told her at the door she stated she didn't care while proceeding to still allowed two men into my apartment hitting me in the arm with the door then when I went to the leasing office I was told "to get my black a** away from her door" and I'm no longer allowed to do business with the front office if you can give me a call at ************ again at ***********

    I moved out of ********************** 10/31/2020, I was told by the leasing manager by the name ******* she will send my $100 deposit to me after I forward the address, I did and I never got anything back from her, I eventually emailed her back and asked about the deposit and she never responded to my email. I went to the property management and I told the front desk about the whole situation and she told me to give her my name, and phone number and someone should be calling you later, I never got a phone call from them. Every-time when I call the office number nobody never answers it always go straight to voicemail.
