      targeted by staff because of using a ****** wondering how a 25 year+ relationship went bad in one afternoon I have been a good fan - recently donated to ************ in honor of Ketel ******* late mother =- and was happy to do so saw ***** ******* pitch in World Series have spent thousands of dollars (if not tens of thousands) on Backs was just looking for a pleasant afternoon - 1st time needed wheelchair seat and using ****** there - had trouble buying ticket - wanted to find out if I could keep my ****** with me - had to call a dozen times over 2 days to find out when on concourse walking with ******, asked in a nasty voice "what are you looking for?" when I said restroom, she pointed and in a nasty voice said "it's right there!!"- asked several times to show ticket - staff attemped to reach into clear bag without permission - told there was "no seat" for the 309W row 4 seat 7 ticket I bought - no one to assist with access to wheelchair seat, so I put folding chair where it looked like seat should be, put a program on seat - went to get food, when returned, chair had been removed - told others in row were "season ticket holders" - was not allowed to eat food -food got cold - when looking at my ticket, told "looking for date" (how could I get into field with incorrect date? and insult that I didn't know what day I had ticket for) - people next to me said they were not asked to show ticket - it looks like people were actually sitting in seat I had purchased, but they did not ask them to moved - wondering why I was targeted? elderly? had a ******? woman alone?request refund for ticket and food after bought grandchildren gifts in team shop told had to leave out doors toward stairs - told them unable to use stairs - told, "someone out there will help you" - no one out there to help
