    We had a sewer backup and needed to have a major repair done on the pipe in our backyard (two bellies and root intrusion). We also needed to do a liner on the pipe under the house as that pipe is quite old. I ended up getting three quotes. One came in quite a bit higher than The Aussie Plumber (while also being less extensive), and the other quote came in only slightly lower (and it was from a newer company where I had concerns about the lack of reviews). I felt that the quote I received from The Aussie Plumber offered a good value for a company I could trust. Max, our plumber, was great at communicating with us. He fixed all of our plumbing issues, including an unexpected old septic tank that needed to be filled in. Unlike one of the quotes we received, The Aussie Plumber replaced the entire line in the backyard rather than attempting to just fix each area piecemeal. I would absolutely recommend The Aussie Plumber!

    The Aussie Plumber is terrific. From the phone call requesting service to the completion of service I knew I made the right call. ***** in customer service is calming and positive. And Max, the plumber is knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and extremely personable. I had sudden increase in water pressure. Max replaced the regulator and I was up and running in no time. So glad I called Aussie Plumber. I heartily recommend them.

    Have used the Aussie Plumber quite a bit this last 18 months and every experience is top notch. We have been experiencing an on again, off again odor issue in our house that's been hard to pinpoint. This last time we thought it was a gas leak. The Aussie Plumber sent Max out to check it out. He arrived within 3 hours of my call, assessed the situation, determined it was not a gas leak, found the most likely source was the ****** vent under the kitchen sink. Gave us an estimate for repair, came back the next day and fixed the problem in less time than he thought it would take. Everyone you work with at the Aussie Plumber is on time, professional, honest and cares deeply for the customer and their experience. I have been using them for 2-3 years now and will never change. This team is fantastic and can't come with any higher recommendations from me.
