    5/22/2022 - ************** request due to potential water leak. The pressure was going in and out at multiple areas including the hall shower and the outdoor faucet in the backyard when watering. I paid the $75 service fee. On the same day, AHS assigned Centurion Plumbing to the service ticket. I received a call from **** at Centurion Plumbing to schedule for slot between 8a-12pm on 5/23/2022. 5/23/2022 - **** arrived before 9am. I explained how the water would shut off or not flow through the handheld shower head and a similar issue would happen at the faucet in the backyard. He said he knew what the problem is and could fix it. Then he said 1) he needs to check the pressure on the house and 2) give AHS a call. He checked the pressure and told us it was over 80 and likely AHS would not cover it but he would try to get it covered. He said he had to step outside to call AHS. Before calling AHS, **** never checked the shower. He goes out to call AHS and comes back to state that the repair is not covered. He said AHS has a policy that if the pressure is over 80, no matter what the repair is, it would not be covered. He said he could fix the cartridge in the bathroom for $225 and if we wanted AHS to fix our plumbing repairs in the future, we could have him install a pressure regulator which would put the pressure down to *****. 5/26/2022 - **** came back to install the new cartridge and pressure regulator. The cartridge had normal wear and tear. It was not clogged with debris. What he failed to tell us is that he misrepresented what the problem is and intentionally submitted information to get the repair denied. This was very deceptive on both sides. There is no area in my contract that states pressure needs to be below 80. We paid $75 to AHS and $660 to Centurion Plumbing for a part that should have been covered if the problem had been reported correctly. We want a refund of the $660. The charges have been disputed with the credit card company.

    Truly the worst contractors Ive ever worked with. These guys came to replace a component, that failed three months later and flooded a part of my house. When on the phone they said no problem, we guarantee our work and will take care of it. Well a month after trying to track them down, no answer, no returned calls, no returned texts, etc., now Im paying someone else to do it right. Dont buy the veteran friendly angle, Im a vet and they knew that, and still left me high and dry. If quality, customer service, or time are of any concern, look anywhere else.
