Truly the worst contractors Ive ever worked with. These guys came to replace a component, that failed three months later and flooded a part of my house. When on the phone they said no problem, we guarantee our work and will take care of it. Well a month after trying to track them down, no answer, no returned calls, no returned texts, etc., now Im paying someone else to do it right. Dont buy the veteran friendly angle, Im a vet and they knew that, and still left me high and dry. If quality, customer service, or time are of any concern, look anywhere else.Review from Seraphina X

Centurion plumbing was dispatched through my home warranty company. They came and evaluated the plumbing issue at hand and then closed the ticket with the home warranty company. We discussed the cost of replacing the water heater and I requested a written estimate for this service. Was told the office would be sending over service estimates to my email, never received, requested 6 different times to 2 separate phone numbers. Initially I got a response that they will be providing this information, but it was never delivered and I didn't receive a response to multiple follow up inquiries spread throughout 3 weeks. Methods used included texting, calling, and filling out the contact form on their website. It appears they only wanted the revenue from the home warranty company and never had the intention of following up with additional service estimates. Terrible communication and huge waste of time, extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism.Review from Frank L

I have a home warranty through ********************. This company was sent out to diagnose the problem. Tank is leaking and needs to be replaced. I was told bt *** that the contractor has to modify my new tank. **** (the owner of Centurion) told me he always adds to the job cost because "If I have to do any extras" I cant get them from ***. so basically he is telling me up front that I will have to pay to connect the water to the new tank, *********** to the tank, Connect the gas ****. This is *** because all these things are required to be done ******! so on top of the money he's getting from ***, he's trying to rip me ogg got an additional $600.00 (which by the way is enough to buy a new hot water tank!
