I started service with Poopy Do back in July 2022. For at least the first month I can say they were coming out as scheduled, as I checked my dog run regularly.However, back in September my housemate mentioned that the dog run looked like it had not been cleaned. I reached out via email and someone came out to clean it up a couple of days later.He let me know again in late November that it looked like the run wasn't being serviced, so I took several pictures. I emailed the company at the email address listed on their site, and never received a response. 2 weeks later I checked and the dog run was still filthy. I tried to call them and no matter the time of day, I just get asked to leave a voice mail or "sent to a representative" and then disconnected from the call.At this point I have put a stop payment on the recurring debit transactions they've been charging, and am planning on disputing most of the service charges as fraudulent. I am emailing them one more time demanding that they provide records of the times that they ACTUALLY serviced the house within 5 days; if I don't receive them, I'll be disputing every charge for a service that I personally did not observe the results from.Please note that the two most recent reviews for this company on Yelp (other than mine) are listing the exact same behavior - no services rendered but still being charged. Additionally, **** has a warning on their account that there have been reported attempts by the business to take down negative reviews under threat of legal action under a largely unenforceable NDA that apparently is included in the "Terms and Conditions" for the service.
