I’ve only gone to this business maybe 4 months or so. They do a great job and have left a 20% tip every time. The first time I made sure the actual groomer got the CASH tip as I always pay in cash. The remaining times I just left it with the front receptionist. I have missed or forgotten an appt or two and ran late to the last one on 5/11/2021...as did the groomer! I know because when I called to say I was running late, they told me the groomer was running late as well! This is where the problem started. I showed up with my other doodle instead of the one booked and the tall large boned girl gave me attitude and told me he takes longer and we’re already running late. I apologized and said I’d just schedule with Petsmart... which I did. On 5/17/2021 my doodle was scheduled for another grooming appointment there and they told me they had nothing on the books for him and the next available appt wasn’t until August. I had a friend call to book a bath and brush for her Golden Retriever because I knew they were lying and lo and behold, she got an appt for the very next week! When I called to talk to the owner who claims to be Debbie Henderson, she told me they had no appts until September now for large breeds. When I asked how my friend got an appt for the following week she got extremely condescending and talked to me like I was a child. I told her I would let everyone know on social media how they do business. She condescendingly said God bless you They don’t care and honestly with the way things are going these days, I don’t know how they can treat people like garbage and get away with it.
