    Paid $120 annually for termite service. But when I called to have someone come out for termite service. The phone was disconnected. Seem like the ****** Pet Control is out of business.

    We first used ****'s ***************************** Control to treat termites when we bought our home in 2017. We have been Paying a contract renewal fee of $134.00 ($804 to date not counting initial treatment) every year since then for a lifetime renewable retreatment coverage should infestation be discovered. Each year it has been almost impossible to get them to come out to inspect our property. We did get them to come out a few times over the last 5 yrs. The last time we renewed the contract for coverage was 8/4/2023 for the year. I started calling on 8/30 to try to get someone to come out and inspect since it hadn't been done for a few years. The recording tells you to text them. I text over and over for the month and when I got a response it was very unprofessional and sounded like kids were answering me. They would text me to call again or they would have someone call me. No return contact. Now renewal time is creeping up on us and feel like we are stuck! We paid big bucks for the first treatment and were promised a lifetime coverage if we paid the annual fee. If we have to start with a new company, we will have to start over with an initial inspection and possibly expensive treatment. We are very unhappy.

    When I purchased this house in 2017 the house was positive for termites and the company chosen by my mortgage company was Pauls Pest Control. I renewed the service consistently since. I had a treatment for a flare up on 12.30.21; I had an appointment for another flare up in 2023. I called on 01.20.23 and scheduled an appointment for *****.************; they were a no show but texted me the following day with a new appointment for 02.15.23. I made my normal renewal payment of $140.00 on 01.17.24 via my electronic bill pay from my checking account, which is set up as an annual payment. I was surprised when I received a renewal bill in the mail in February. I have been trying to get ahold of this company via email, text, and phone calls and none of my attempts have been successful. I am upset that I dont know if I even have coverage and the cost of establishing with another company if I have had a lapse of coverage.

    I paid for a service contract for 2023 of 140.00 The phone number I call is not in service I paid In June 2023 Seems like went Out of business and took my money it was for termites I have been using them with a paid contract for 19 years

    Have had this service for over 10 years...On 12/29.23 called for treatment - was told by owner **** he would be out 1/1/2024-advised that is ** day - he said he would be out 1/2/24-did not show..no call...contacted business #************ out of service-had his cell # ************ called that 2/20/24 requesting call for inspection/treatment of termites that business # out of service...no response. Texted same # on 2/21, 2/22, 2/23, 2/24, 2/25, 2/26, 3/1, 3/2, 3/5, 3/7, 3,8, 3/11 ,3/12 3/13, 3/14, 3/15, 3/20, 3/22, 3/23, 3/25, and 3/26 and today leaving several messages, can you call for appointment, are you in business, if you do not want to come let me know, please respond, anything and if not please refund my $ and will find someone who can help. To date I have had no response from this company - no call - no text - I am done dealing with this companies incompetence and lack of communication. The renewal contract funds were sent in August of 2023 and are due 8/24/24 which I will not be renewing. I am in need a a termite treatment and have not heard anything from this business since December after multiple contacts. At this point I just want my $120 back and will find another business willing to take my money. The incompetence and professionalism or lack of it has alot to be desired. You would think after 23 texts someone would either say yeah or neigh, Thank you

    In early 2023 I renewed my annual membership for termite and pest control. After payment I scheduled with the contractor on multiple occasions and never had anyone show up to complete the service. Through out most of 2023 I attempted to contact Paul's Pest and Termite through phone and email to no avail. Recently when I attempted to contact them their phone number had been disconnected and their website was no longer operational.

    Contractor was contacted due to return of termites on a previously treated problem. Owner **** showed up and did minor foam injection in two termite tunnels in bathroom. Additional tunnels appeared few days after. Contacted Owner on several occasions but **** does not reply

    My name is *************************, and We been having issues with this company. We have done business with them before and it's never been a problem. When you call the no one answers the phone and it says for a quicker response text us. It took forever just for him to come and inspect for termites because he would not respond to text messages right away and, then when I asked what time he would be here to inspect for termites and he said I'll text you when I'm my way. He would not give me a time. When he showed up, he did not have a company truck. I asked what's going with the office he said he got rid of all the people in the office and all the pest employees back in January So, it's just him. When he finished inspecting I did not even get a receipt. I've been texting this company for a week now because I need him come and treat for termites because we have termites in the bathroom. He texted me ********* the 1st and said between 2-3. Well, he never showed up I still have not heard a response. We already paid for the renewal fee.

    On February of this year, I got an estimate from ****'s Termite in the amount of $559.00 for termite treatment; I went ahead and paid for the service upfront as required by the vendor via Zelle. The vendor came in and did the inside of the house and left the exterior perimeter pending. Towards the end of July, I went ahead and reach out to follow up with the vendor about the pending treatment and my credit card which they had on file was charged for $559.00 without my authorization for something that I had already paid. The vendor will not return my calls, texts, or emails to complete the unfinished job or to return my money. I would hate for anyone to have to go through this.
