    I've been with Burns for many years. I find them extremely accommodating.. Very polite..I highly recommend this business.. Prices are reasonable.. They went the extra mile when I had ants.. Came right out and I haven't seen an ant since....

    I agreed to services by Burns Pest Elimination (not sure which ******* address provided service) regarding a bird problem I had. I live in ********, **. I called a number of pest control companies in this area and could not find anyone who dealt with birds. The gentleman who came out was very nice, but I was completely shocked that my bill was $949.00. They put up less than 20 feet of bird wire, used metal fabric to seccure two places on the roof so birds wouldn't nest, and used metal fabric on the side of the house in a small area to stop birds from nesting. I asked for an itemization of the costs and was told they could not provide that to me. Subsequently I did find someone in the area who did this type of work, and they put bird wire on a large portion of the house and charged me $50.00. I am a grandmother, and not "up on everything", but I really feel I was ripped off by this company for the amount of work they did and the exceedingly high cost for their services.
