    I am filing a complaint against Arizona Professional Pest Control regarding a pest control service performed at my home on June 24th, 2025.When the technician arrived, I showed him the location of the bees, and he said he would take a look and give me an update. This was the only interaction I had with him before he began the work. At no point during that first exchange did I authorize any services, nor did I sign any agreement.Despite this, technicians began spraying chemicals and drilling holes into the exterior of my home without my knowledge or consent. I had not reviewed or signed any contract, and no pricing had been formally discussed with me at that point.When they knocked to provide the update I stepped outside and saw that the work was already underway, it was strongly implied that the service being performed was part of a base bee removal service priced at $995, which was not discussed or disclosed prior. I was alone and felt uncomfortable and pressured by the situation. Ultimately, I signed and paid not because I agreed to the terms, but because I felt cornered and manipulated. I now believe this was a deliberate tactic.When my significant other later raised concerns, the company falsely claimed that I had agreed to everything before any work began. This is simply untrue the drilling and chemical application had already started when he was reviewing the service and cost with me.Afterward, I contacted several other reputable pest control companies and was informed that the service I received is typically priced at one-third the cost. This confirms my suspicion that the $995 fee was grossly inflated.I am requesting a full refund due to the unauthorized nature of the service and the manipulative tactics used to secure payment. I also urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this companys practices, as I am concerned that others may be similarly misled or pressured.Thank you for your time and assistance.

    6/16/25 - Bee removal . Team of two people came out to look at a bee migration that had just occured at our residence. The homeowner asked for a quote two times and was told the techs would need evaluate the situaion and then provide a quote. No commuincaiton from the techs even was asked on site. The techs just starting killing ( not removing) the bees and then handed the homeowner a 1k bill with no quote. The ***** nor company after being asked several times about a quote, never provided. They then were quick to "discount" 200$ to get the homeowner to sign a document stating if given a discounted price, the customer cannot leave any negative reviews or take any action based on the price of the quality of the work. This is INSANE. The techs were at the location for less than 1 hour. I called the owner and he stated the homeowner singed the reduced payment form and if we took any action against the company, he would sue. What world are we living in where this is even close to acceptable. Also understand this owner is using illegal advertising as we thought we were calling Busy Bee pest solutions, seems there is a lawsuit against Arizona professional pest control after talking to the actual owner of *********. Dishonest at every turn. I would expect to pay 350$, which is was has been quoted by 3+ other pest control companies. This is wild..................

    This company is dishonest and deceitful. We were initially quoted $150$200 over the phone for bee removal from our home. However, when the technician arrived, he suddenly increased the price to $400 without any justification or explanation. He did not inspect our attic or thoroughly assess the situation.Instead of performing a proper removal, the technician inserted a pipe into a hole where the bees were entering and gassed them, killing the entire colony. He left all the dead bees behind, creating a potential biohazard and future pest issue. This was not a removal service it was extermination, which is not what we were wanting. The technician then tried to upsell us an additional $200 service to remove pheromones, which I later learned is a widely known scam tactic used to exploit customers unfamiliar with bee behavior. We were misled, overcharged, and left with a bigger problem than when we started. The companys conduct was unethical, unprofessional, and predatory. We feel taken advantage of and are requesting a full or partial refund for services not rendered as promised.

    I contacted this company to remove a bee hive and was given a price of $100. When they arrived I was told it was $395. They took a total of about 20 minutes and said they sprayed but it would be another $1500 to Remove the hive and they could not warranty if I did not pay that amount. I advised I would not pay that amount. I texted the following day and attempted to call as there were still bees. I even texted pictures. No response and no answer but the message went through Second message was blocked and said it was a landline. Stay away these people are NOT reputable. I am looking into a lawsuit unless they reimburse the money

    SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! We called this company out to look at our hive we have in our back yard. We were never given a price even after asking while we showed them the problem. The tech was there for maybe 20 minutes.Showed up at our door and GAVE US A $1000.00 bill and a quote for an additional $2000.00 to demolish our fire pit and retrieve the hive. Please keep in mind that we were never made aware of this before they started working and they didn't even remove the beehive. The only thing that was completed was extermination spray. When I called to ask the company what a typical extermination costs the girl on the phone said #***-$200.00. I then mentioned that we were charged such a high amount and I was curious as to why that could be? Our hive was in an easy to reach location near ground level. She proceeded to tell me that they'll have someone call me back. And was immediately defensive, rude AND HUNG UP ON ME. I was calm and professional asking for a time I can expect a call and if I can have a number she said no and hung up. It looks like I will not be getting a call back and we are out $1000.00..Please do not use this company.

    I hired the company to get rid of bees. They charged me 500 dollars to spray them. The bees came back so they had to come back to spray. This time the guy was aggressive, not friendly and said Im not coming back again to spray made me sign a paper a **************** form that says they will not keep coming back to spray. They was only here two times and thats not what he said the first time when he first sprayed, he said that should last a year it didnt even last a week.

    On Dec 29 th ****************************************** termite inspection. The VA inspection is good for 9o days. On March 17 2024 I found eight major areas of termite damage not mentioned in the report. In fact it was listed as a clean report. I call the company and they came to review the findings. They state they did not see the damage because it was covered in paint. They stated that they do not probe wood as they consider that damaging to the wood. They are refusing to take responsibility for the missed areas. The damage missed will cost me over five thousand dollars to repair.

    On June 15, a technician came out to look at our building for wasp nests. He made us sign a contract agreeing to pay before inspecting the building or putting any numbers much less totals on it. He did explain the one-time trip charge and an added charge per nest, however did not explain that wasp nests are small and there are usually numerous versus a bee hive which is what I'm sure most people assume. The fact that they know this and charge per nest is outrageous. He was on property for maybe 45 minutes and charged us $7650. They should have a set fee for removal, not a "per nest" fee.

    5/27/23 Technician number ***** and ***** spent less than 20 minutes to "exterminate" our bees We have three times more bees flying around our back patio than before they arrived They blame ** because we would not allow them to remove the "honeycomb" for $2400 in the pony wall Told ** they would exterminate the bees Phone calls with the owner and the technician escalated and made ** feel like we did something wrong We needed the bees removed as we are leaving town tomorrow, which we told them before they arrived Offered to refund our money but now the problem hasn't been resolved before we leave town We hired them in good faith, expecting them to take care of the problem

    Stay Away !!!Initially when requesting a service call I was told it would be somewhere between $150-200. The then said that he had seen other work done on the premises and he would have to check the whole house for $995, and looked at a couple places that were no bee activity was present and said he would have to remove all locations for $1195 per location, and if I wanted him to repair the roof afterwards for $1495 per location. Since the bee activity was at the corner of the house, he was going to happen cut holes on both sides of the corner. I was told that I would have to pay up front, $2995, he took my credit card and had me sign what I thought was just a credit card receipt/work order. Then he began cutting a hole in the roof, and keep saying he needed to make it bigger to get it out. Then he said it was only going to be necessary to remove the one area of the 2 sides, but won't refund me the $1195 for the other. Next he came down and said he had to remove a 4sqft part of my 18' tall ceiling, and had already started cutting a hole. Bottom line, he left a big hole that you could see the sky, told me I should finish cleaning the bee residue with **** detergent, and he had nothing to cover the gaping hole in the roof from rain or birds or bees to fly in, and left on a Saturday night at 7pm. Then he told me to get the drywall fixed and call him back before a roofer before closed up the hole so he could spray a poison to keep the bees out. He also took me he was not a roofer in the beginning , and could just put the torn pieces of roofing back for $300, which I'm sure had no leak warranty either. Be aware of this companies high pressure tactics, and the lack of professionalism in any way.
